1517 Greek House By Kaz Stays — Hotel in Maharashtra

Stayed with family at Alang cottage by Kaz Stays sometime back it’s a good place but overpriced and food was also average nothing that exclusive that you pay as per 4star or 5star charges… it’s not senior citizen friendly as too many stairs to climb up to reach the cottage and inside the cottage need to climb down to go to the rooms so please think before taking senior members of your family.. BIG problem came when we took our pet we know they are not pet friendly but we couldn’t board him at his regular dog kennel due to some issue with the kennel guy so we requested the staff to take our pet in and charge us for the same but the lady from there office who doesn’t sit at the cottage spoke very rudely to us over the phone and denied even after multiple requests. As an exception they could have considered our request by charging us extra as many resorts/villas do it now a days but that lady was just rude n made no exception. Trust me guys there are way better properties out there who are pet and senior citizen friendly and treat their guests right. Also their pool is so small that only small kids can swim and too many insects inside the pool.

The service staff was really very good 5/5 to them. Rooms are cramped up. Location is good but no network at all to connect with the outside world.

if you want to experience luxurious outing I would suggest you go for this place. A well maintained beautiful greek styling house with amazing staff and service. The owners are well spoken and help you in any way possible. We were a group of 16 people but we had a blast over there. Extremely beautiful place, surrounding and most importantly since this is a far remote location no one is there to disturb you. Dont worry even if it is far everything will be made available to you by the caretakers just you need to inform them prior a day early. Food quality was also amazing. Though costing is little high but those costings will seem to be justified once you reach the destination. Also from the villa there is a beutiful dam and a waterfal at a time distance of 5 mins from the car as well which you can enjoy to...

It's a nice property with very good interiors and pool side. Cricket turf was good. care takers and other staff was very helpful. Kailash was very receptive for all our requests. my only bad experience was around interaction with manager from kazstays. She was not very adjusting to start with. then there was a lot of confusion on food quantity and portion size as per a-la-carte menu. for eg. we were given 2 gulab jamun(2 small piece per box) for 185 rs each and 1 brownie for 320 rs esch. we were even charged in final bill woth wrong quantities for e.g. instead of 4 plates of fritters we were charges for 8 we noticed and got adjusted, similar to a few other things. one place we were charged 540 per plate where menu said 450. all these interactions made the experience a little bitter.
