This is a hotel where I checked in on 13th July and faced some outstanding problems. I have booking of an AC double bed room and a Triple bed room in this hotel for me and my parents and relatives with age of 80,71,70,62. But when I checked in I found that 2 AC double bed room is provided. When I asked about this mismatch, then informed that a floor mattress will be provided. I refused that because it is not possible for me and my parents and relatives to sleep on floor mattress. After couple of phone calls and arguments they changed a room with a double bed room with a sofa cum bed but not provided any extra bed cover, pillows and blankets. After informing for extra blanket it wasn’t provided. Besides the rooms are very small. In this hotel every food orders are to be paid right after delivering. After couple of phone calls and arguments they arranged to pay bills at time of check out. But after then also 3-4 times we faced to pay bills right after delivery. Again phone calls and arguments it was being resolved. There is no parking places in this hotel. In the front of hotel there is spaces for parking but there is a notice there—“ Parking at own risk.” I didn’t know if we have to park at own risk then why i checked in this hotel. There is no accommodation for drivers at this hotel. Our driver has to sleep in car for 3 days. If driver having not enough rest it is very risky in matters of security.

I will request the hotel to change their policies for deliver the proper and good hospitality to the guests. And I will never check in this hotel in future and also advice my friends and others to...

The location of the place is not very convenient. No good restaurants or hangout place was present nearby. Also the rooms are quite small in size considering the per night charge. The room service is not provided at night and therefore it becomes self service after 11pm. I think for the price they charge they can hire a person for room service even at late hours. They just keep watercans and kettle with Tea kit at a common place and from there you are suppose to treat yourself. This was not expected. Even basic hotel these days are providing Tea kit, Shower kits and Dental kits in every room. Considering the fact that this hotel boasts about multicity presence, much better service was expected. In the room, I noticed that the they had something labelled as Shampoo/ Bodywash in a dispenser in shower area. Some content was placed in dispenser in a different dispenser in basin area. It's difficult for me to understand that how same detergent can serve all purposes. Coming to food, I had their buffet breakfast for 2 different days and it was nice compared to the price they charged. But still I would suggest they include atleast one fresh fruit juice in the menu. There is definitely room for so much room for improvement...
