FOOD POISONING ALERT ‼️ We usually don’t eat outside a lot. Now we know the reason why! last Sunday we went to the restaurant for Father’s Day celebration. It is very close from my home so I discussed to take my parents and nephew along cos it has a family vibe. Firstly there was some wedding going on so it was wildly packed also cos it was a Sunday so it was very crowded. We had to wait for 30 mins or more till we got a table. Food rating: 4 out of 5. The food tasted good and came on time however there is room for improvement in case of presentation or garnish. Service: 3 out of 5. Very slow. We were ordered drinks, I had specifically mentioned not to add ice to my dad’s cocktail. The manager couldn’t take the order correctly and messed it up and later came with the excuse that arre! it’s not that cold, have it waste ho jayega 😂 after doing back and forth the bar tender himself agreed to change the drink. The glass was filled only half. My beer came with the main course when I had ordered it with starters. The full bowl of chicken makhani was a lot for 5 of us. We all had a good time until 2 days later, my entire family got food poisoning. Everyone was literally puking. My nephew couldn’t go to school for 4-5 days as it was very severe. My mom is still recovering as I write this review. My dad has good poisoning after 4 days, he would generally not eat outside cos it’s not healthy. His doctor told us next time go to a better place to eat. That was so embarrassing. He is still on medication and recovering. It was not the experience I wanted to end up with especially cos I insisted we go here. Sour taste to my tongue Never going back here unfortunately! Started with Bad then worse and finally became worst experience We visited Aquarius restaurant on 2nd May on the occasion of Anniversary with my family, location and view is good but food quality and service is pathetic. We were waiting for specific table which has backwater view , captain confirmed in beginning and then allotted to some one else , when asked him about it he argued finally allotted table to us. Captain is most arrogant person on floor , he had agreements with other guests as well. Person who were taking order were not knowing the details of dish or drinks from menu we have to show him menu literally pointing out to specific dish which took lot of time. We ordered mocktails with strawberry drink came with raspberry juice when asked they simply denied. About the two starter ordered 1) tandoor chicken which came with heavy cheese topping - chicken was not visible or didn't had any taste other than cheese. 2)Chinese starter was ok but was more dry than usual. Main course - chicken handi the worst chicken it was like rubber, we raised it but didn't pushed it too much as we knew situation is not going to get better and till that time our evening was already ruined so we didn't argued further and left Cats were wondering around and waiter even not bothered to take them away.
