Visited resort with Friends. Very bad experience.
Location - Location of Atasa Resort is easy access from Mumbai.Resort is near to river.
Accommodation - Very sad tent stay. AC tent, but not cleaned and Hygiene. Tent doors are curtain zipper door (which is very easy entry of strenger), 1 wash room in each tent, curtain zipped door of washroom no privacy and safety. No hangers and towel stand in washroom, no handwash, (it is basic need of very resort washroom).
Swimming Pool - Very small pool suitable for 15/20 adults, if group 10/12 person in pool, other Group need wait till........, minimum depth of pool is 5ft and maximum 7ft, so maximum people are non swimmers (specially female) are gathered at 1 side of pool of minimum depth and 50% pool is unused.Swimming Pool not cleaned and no safety.
Food - Food too oily like most of resorts, all food of resort is too too spicy even dinner vegetables salad was full of red chilli powder.(not recommended for children). In fact I much say cook much have forgotten to add red chilli powder in deserts. One very unique thing hi tea was with pav bhaji, it had panner in bhaji....it was new and very surprising, then we come to know it was same bhaji of lunch, which was smashed and added pav bhaji masala to give look and feel of pav bhaji. We have ordered for cheese ball or cheeze pakoda 02 pax whatever is available as snacks and it was received to our tent after 45 minutes, and we were shocked.....it was cheese ball without cheese, intact it has chana Dal and chopped onions inside. Actually at dinner time we came to the secret of cheese pakoda, it was starter of dinner veg kofta, which was served to us as cheese ball.
So it was my very recent and personal experience of Atasa Resort. Don't go fake and paid review. I'm not going to visit and also recommend others, but it's depend on person to take chance (risk).
Thanks for reading and spending 5 minutes on...
Read moreWe enjoyed there because we were in group.
In the same price one could enjoy from Lonavala onwards towards pune hardly 50 to 100 km more from that location towards Pune side.
Reason - Whether it was humid where in this season (rainy) one can enjoy coolness of whether in lonavala or onwards location towards pune. You can not leave without AC at this place.
2ndly the amenities which were there are common and outdoor amenities are not usable apart from open ground were you can enjoy cricket, douch ball, football, etc.
Food - Lunch was very good but hi tea and dinner tank the boat.
in hi tea the tea was only sugar water and even after advise to supervisor the vada he gave was without any improvement. In dinner they used morning vegetables only in veg and non veg both which anyone can identify easily.
Staff - Once I found the dinner was not good I decided to have only salad in my dinner so without any complaint I took plat and was taking salad full of that plate and one of the staff argue that you can not take it, I said why he said you can not take it. (I understood that he assume that I was taking it for chakna and having it with alcohol) I calmly told him that I am having this salad as my dinner and not taking it to my room if you want you can come after me and check I was having it in dinning area only but he kept arguing.
swimming pool doesn't have hight marking which is seriously dangerous for any people who are new to place and doesn't know swimming.
These are the few reason I gave only 1 star.
Advise to management - train your staff the skill of listening.
2ndly people are smart they understand the difference between fresh food and re- cook food.
3rd - please use marking in swimming pool the depth marking (7ft, 5ft) so people take precaution before...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of staying at Atasa Resort Mumbai and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm and friendly service from the staff. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was quickly shown to my spacious and well-appointed room.
The room was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. I also appreciated the small touches, such as the complimentary bottled water and fresh fruit in the room.
The resort's facilities were equally impressive. The outdoor pool was a highlight, offering a refreshing break from the Mumbai heat. The fitness center was well-equipped and the spa facilities were luxurious and relaxing.
The dining options at Atasa Resort Mumbai were also fantastic. The on-site restaurant served a delicious selection of Indian and international cuisine, and the breakfast buffet was particularly impressive. The bar was a great place to unwind in the evenings, with a good selection of drinks and a lively atmosphere.
Finally, I must mention the resort's location. Situated in the heart of Mumbai, Atasa Resort Mumbai offers easy access to many of the city's top attractions. Whether you're interested in sightseeing or exploring the city's business districts, the resort is a convenient and central base.
Overall, I highly recommend Atasa Resort Mumbai to anyone visiting the city. The resort offers luxurious amenities, excellent service, and a convenient location, making it the perfect choice for both business and...
