We stayed at this villa with our family, hoping for a relaxing and enjoyable experience, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations.
🛑Upon arrival, we noticed that swimming pool was dirty. The staff only began cleaning it after we reached, and even then, it seemed more like they were pretending—wasting over an hour of our time, and the pool still wasn’t properly cleaned.
🛑We had to make multiple requests for the rain dance activity, but the staff continued to ignore them. The next day, the owner claimed we never asked and dismissed it as a “waste of water.”
🛑There were frequent delays from both the staff and the owner in responding to even basic requests. We faced a power outage, non-functional Wi-Fi, and a refrigerator that wasn’t cooling properly. On top of that, the drinking water provided led to throat infections for all of us.
🛑The next morning, everyone—especially the kids—was excited for pool time again. However, it was delayed for over 2 hours with the excuse of water cleaning. Eventually, the owner said that guests would not be allowed to use the main pool that day and only permitted access to the kids’ pool.
🛑Although our checkout was at 11 AM, the staff started asking us from 10 AM to vacate two rooms and shift into one room under the pretense of cleaning. On the final day, both the staff and the owner seemed completely disinterested in hosting us, rushing us to leave and showing no willingness to engage.
