Chaitanya MTDC Home Stay — Hotel in Maharashtra

If your planning to book this homestay for family then Don't Dare to Book...

we first contact owner of this property and ask about availability and Clearly mention that..

🔴We need rooms for 8 Adult and 2 children🔴

Owner said that yes rooms available, you need to book 2 rooms so we are also agree and booked 2 rooms for 10 people.

On dated 14-08-2023 we checked in with 11 people and we are also ready to adjust that 1 extra guy with us and as soon as we enter room we disappointed because

👉🏻 Rooms are average not worthy, beds are also dirty it has some stains, bedsheets also not clean and some kind of bad odour in both rooms, no vantilation for bathroom in 1 room, we need to spray room-freshner for feeling fresh.

👉🏻And when we ask about owner that cleaness, hygine, bedsheets, beds he told us that he will give some bedsheets and you need to adjust, we also ok with that.

🔴And i would like to mention 1 thing again and again is that as per communication we are 8 + 2 = 10 and 1 extra, at the time of check we also pay the same for this. And i also dont know how's the 8 + 2 + 1 = 13 bcz most of the time owner used to say like this. i dont know which math is this ( Let it be )

if you are reading this then you are also able to see this kind of replies from owner like booked for 8 and came 13 and still i give rooms instead of thanking me you are complaing and also try to tease from our location

👉🏻 And in morning we found that no water in flush tank and jet spray when we are going to ask that guy who is present at night he is also not available so that is also worst experience.

Main question is How MTDC gives approvance to this kind of stays, need to check this also with MTDC and also will try check with MTDC's...

Superb trip ever Dr Sandip Parbat and the hospitality of Chaitanya Hoom stay is impressive… Guide provided by them was astonishing… Apart from the rooms and service in the room Dr Parbat the owner helped us in all the outside things as well such as cash withdrawal, site seeing, location car availability for site seeing and food arrangements as well… It was indeed a mesmerizing trip With Chaitanya hoom stay… We are overwhelmed… Thanks a lot...

Verry very bad experience we had with this hotel, owner is so rude and arrugaunt. He only speak good till guest come and pay after this he will becaome rude with all. Not proper room and clean rooms he is provinding. Dont book any way this chaitnya Hotel in shendi. Bhandardara Very bad experience...
