Collection O 80984 Hotel New Krushnakamal — Hotel in Maharashtra

I talked to mr. Kamal Lulla and msged him also on 10 May 22 to book an AC room for 11 May night and it was confirmed by him that the room will be provided for sure.......also one hour before reaching to the property, once again telephonically confirmed about availability of the room......... however after reaching to the property, it was told to me that no AC room was neither booked for me nor available......after driving 700 Kms I was shocked to hear about non availability of Room.......I URGE ALL WHO ARE APPROACHING THIS PROPERTY FOR BOOKING, BE WARE OF CHEATER AND LIER STAFF.....THEY CAN DITCH U AT ANY POINT OF TIME.....PL MAKE UR STANDBY ARRANGE MENT BEFORE BOOKING THIS...

Looks can be deceiving holds true for this place. Service is lackluster, the rooms are unhygienic and the price is too much for the offering they give. I won't suggest staying at this place as they would argue with you for everything. Asked for clean pillow covers and sheets and the guy argued they were clean and fresh which they weren't. It was my ignorance and stupidity that i decided to stay here. Well never again If you still have to, book it online as that should be cheaper than the exorbitant prices they charge...

Stayed here on 14 Dec 2021. It's on Dhule Mumbai road after Laling toll plaza. It was around 7 PM, stopped here for food but later decided to stay.

Hotel outlook is good but elegance is missing. They don't serve in order. Then will serve food without serving water and such tiny mistakes but noticeable and irritating. They also have a bar. And yes rooms are small.

Altoghether, if you can adjust a bit and it is getting dark and you're tired, you can definately take...
