Extremely horrible experience, very unprofessional people here

I booked hotel online at RS 1100 , but when I reached there , they staight away said that we don't allow online booking if you want room pay me 400 more , because our rates are 1500. This was hilarious , I complained this to Oyo customer care , after almost half an hour of discussion the guy finally allowed me . I booked hotel because it was near to my exam center and i did not wanted any trouble before appearing exam. But, this booking turned miserable for me.

This is least recommended hotel, I don't even want to give...

Extremely terrible experience, would not mention it at all, I stayed here for approximately 2 weeks but I faced an unpleasant experience, the rooms were not clean, too many cockroaches, dirty bedsheets, leaky faucets, due to a delayed payment the manager stopped me from stepping out, he was verbally rash and rude and was only bothered about his payment. Would highly not recommend this hotel and it's staff to anyone, it doesn't deserve even one star, but due to policies I am rating...
