D Green Village Resort — Hotel in Maharashtra

I was very skeptical after reading so many reviews about dirtiness and bad service of this hotel. After a lot of thought I called and confronted the manager about these negative reviews. He explained to me in detail and very patiently about the challenges they were facing because of the previous management. Mr Sunny (Manager) very politely and humblely told me that his team and boss had taken over the hotel's management for the last 2 months and assured me that all those negative reviews were a result of the latter's poor management. He told me to be rest assured and allow them a chance to serve us. Still not fully convinced we went to this property and decided to try out the restaurant and its food. We were very happy with the taste, service, quality and politeness of everyone in the restaurant. Immediately booked the room after checking out the hotel. Let me tell you we loved the room, cleanliness and service.

This is a very nice property with good ambience and staff. Yes they might not be like other exquisite properties/resorts which we book at popular tourist destinations. But they are improving and taking the feedback very much positively.

All in all if you are coming to Akkalkot for a stay this property is very good with good food and service. Receptionist Arun is a very kind guy

This resort doesn’t even deserve 1k /night Thr service is very very bad, i came with my 1 yr old baby , i specially asked for a kettle to boile water for my baby tht kettle was not working, thr was not coffee nd milk powder sachets,no soap on arrival we called them thrice to provide basic things which qe deserve thr was not shampoo,my baby is on milk i asked to to boile milk it is common sense what is boiling means they just warm it up and gave me i confirm is that milk is really boiled in clear hindi bcs they don’t understand marathi ,he said yes milk is boiled bcs of half boiled milk my baby drank spoiled milk, in the middle of the night at 3am i checkd milk was totally spoiled, i called on reception but no one picked up the call , at 3 am i ask my husband to buy milk frm anywhere finally we got milk but not frm resort, thanks to the man who started running his canteen at 3 am morning, as per the price thr breakfast was very out dated, why u opened ur resort when thr is not any proper staff to provide help, u ppl can do anything to earn money don’t even care ppl came frm so far atlist we can expect normal room service but no,, very poor i won’t recommend this resort for the family...

We visited this restaurant only for lunch and dinner.

Over all it was a very good experience. I think it can be call as one of the best restaurant in Akkalkot.

We were group of 8Adults + 2 kids .

Ambience : 5/5 Food : 5/5 Service : 5/5

Ambience : Restaurant was clean. Modernly decorated. Enough tables and space. Serving plates, spoon, fork and glasses were super clean. I only wish the Air conditioning was strong.

Kids play area - they have a kids play area were kids can play sea-saw, Slides and swings.

Guest washroom - were clean.

Food : We ordered -paneer Chatpata (4/5) , nizami veg Curry (3/5), Dal tadka (5/5), wheat Tandoori rotis (3/5)

The food was delicious overall. I only wish if the rotis could be soft so that aged people and kids could eat easily.

Service : Order was prepared in 20 mins. They served it very well. The staff was polite and courteous.

Over all very good experience. We visited the same restaurant again for dinner.
