i along with my friends visited this place on 05.07.25 & had a not so good experience which i will mention stepwise:

  1. location : the roads leading to the location are pathetic to say the least however the place owners are at least fault for the same as the roads are done by government. but upon reaching the place its not worth the travel
  2. CHECK-IN & CHECK OUT: Their site mentions check in at 1pm but they only allow check in at 4pm but their check out is 12 noon
  3. Services: pool is totally dirty & no one dared to enter there. for cricket they have just made a temporary turf & totally ill maintained. All rooms are only twin sharing with just one comforter between two people. electric supply is haphazard with ac's not working during power cut,no fans installed in any room. I did see their kitchen & staff in pretty unhygenic condition. food preparation was even worse it seems that most of the places out there in this vicinity have the maintenance staff & security guys double up as chefs in their kitchen. food quality was unbearable. This place is approximately 30kms from lonavala market so u are helpless & without good food its not possible to have good time with your famiy & friends. The day we reached the staff themselve pleaded that they did not have enough people to serve the guests In the morning a few of us had to venture into an unknown adventure as there was no water in the washroom. all of these people have to relieve themselves of their morning chores on the banks of the pawna dam.To sum it up all the guests including ourselves checked out before the regular check out time of 12 noon. The steps leading to the rooms are slippery & broken.Evey now & then we could see people tripping. Being from an electrical background i observed a lot of electrical connection were open & hanging & can lead to catastropic shock incidents any time to the staff & even to guests. TO SUM IT UP THE PLACE WAS DESIGNED GOOD BUT ON MANAGEMENT IT IS 10/100 NOT EVEN WORTHY OF 1 STAR OVERALL EXPERIENCE RATING.THIS LEAVES US LOOTED OF OUR TIME MONEY & THE PAIN TAKEN TO TRAVEL TO & FORTH. I hope the owners & the people running such places fix the issues & stop roppbing people of their time, money & the pain...

Total Nightmare –Avoid at all cost⚠️

We visited this so-called resort in July, and let me tell you – apart from the Pawna Lake view, everything else was a disaster.

The management was busy fighting , abusing and openly scolding guests, completely ignoring any sense of hospitality. The caretakers were rude, unhelpful, and outright disrespectful. Guests were stopped from taking food, and anyone who asked for a second serving was flatly denied. Even a simple request for warm water was met with a blunt “no.”

The rooms were disgusting – dirty, smelly, and clearly not cleaned. It felt like we were staying in an abandoned lodge. The property is unsafe to walk around – full of muck, slippery, and poorly maintained. One of our friends fell sick with fever, and when we requested an extra towel and toiletries, the response we got was: “Your friend didn’t get a fever because of me.” Shocking level of insensitivity. The dining area was a nightmare in itself – completely unhygienic. The plates were dirty, the place to sit was filthy, and the tables and chairs were covered in stains and grime. It felt like eating in a roadside dhaba during a health inspection failure. Absolutely disgusting.

The swimming pool was another horror story – dirty and unhygienic, with fat uncles dancing half-naked in full view of everyone. It was beyond uncomfortable and felt more like a cheap local hangout than a resort getaway. Zero sense of decency or management control.

There’s no proper dance area either – they just hand out random speakers to each group, leading to a loud, chaotic mess of clashing music in a small space.

Everything in the promotional photos and videos is misleading. The real experience is dirty, noisy, unorganized, and extremely disappointing.

Honestly, this place shouldn’t even be called a resort – “Rambharose Hotel” would be a more accurate name.

Avoid at all costs. Our trip was ruined, and we wouldn’t recommend this...

Perfect for a getaway with family and friends, our venue offers an unforgettable experience with a dance floor, a refreshing pool, and delectable vegetarian cuisine.

Here's a glimpse of what awaits you:

  1. Welcome Drink: Enjoy a refreshing cup of tea accompanied by onion bhajis, crispy corn with fried chillies, and an assortment of sauces.
  2. Barbecue Delights: Delight your palate with succulent tandoori paneer served with fresh pudina chutney.

We value your feedback and would like to offer one suggestion: to enhance your dining experience, we are considering transitioning our unlimited offerings to a buffet style. This will allow you to serve yourselves conveniently, especially during peak hours when our staff may find it challenging to keep up with demand due to high foot traffic.

We look forward to...

We booked online here for the 25th and 26th..the booking process was very good...only the road near the resort is very bad..only one car can pass through that area at a time.Once you reach the resort, the view will surely make you forget all your tiredness. There is a pool there but it was very bad...maybe because it is open...but I think they should change the water in the pool every day because people were jumping there with excitement. The rooms were very clean.. There was a problem with the light in our bathroom, they fixed it without us telling them and with our consent, which we liked. The live music was also very beautiful..but the only thing I didn't like was that even when the mic was turned off, no one came to pay attention..the poor singer had to strain his voice and sing without a mic.My only suggestion is... At least on Saturdays and Sundays, they should increase the number of tables to eat there..because while some of us were eating, the rest of the people had to stand..The food and breakfast tasted very good..but as there was no place to sit, we had to eat the barbeque food cold which was a bit disappointing. And lastly, if you are going as a couple, you will 100% get bored there...because there is nothing to play with..whatever they give you at the time of booking, there is nothing to play with. So, if you are going as a couple, bring your own entertainment games..and even if you are going with family, bring your own games..Boating was the only thing we got to do..other than that, there is nothing else to do or play there or get..My humble request to "Marathe" Saheb is to build something there for playing and maintain it properly..

Went with a few friends. Evening snacks were decent, starters before dinner weren’t cooked properly but dinner itself was great (both veg and non veg), & misal pav and poha in breakfast were great. Food service time was a bit erratic, so I would suggest carry some packaged snacks as well. Tents were not super clean but we managed, given the economical price we were not expecting anything better than that, but would definitely not recommend for kids or for people with allergies etc. Boating in the morning was fun, but the line for paddle boat was really long, and motorboat ride was an add on expense at Rs 200 per person, and only 4 people per boat ride. Also, the paddle boat had really sharp paddles, so definitely wear bottoms with thick fabric that cover the calves. The swimming pool was extremely dirty so we ended up going for a splash session in the lake itself (please don’t do this unless you’re a seasoned swimmer). There were some creepy uncles who were filming girls so I wouldn’t suggest a girls-only trip to this place. Other than that it was a picturesque place.
