Stayed for 3 days in 2 Suites with family, quality and ambience is very good, but loads of other problems: Tata sky is recharged on per day basis so first day when we arrived they topped up only for 1 day, next day when we complained they asked "how many days u have taken this room" and recharged likewise, which is damn cheap. We had complimentary breakfast but my family was stopped which later they found it to be their data issue, which was embarrassing. The area for wheelchairs used to climb into the hotel is too slippery my mom felt and no staff came to help. Room 111 which is the size of Suite but has only 10% view of the lawn should not be charged the same like other Suites. Had to wait for 30+ minutes for car parking at nights as outsiders using the restaurant service had taken all the parking space which leads to no priority for people staying in Hotel.
Apart from staff at Security gates I am not at all satisfied with any other, they lack coordinations, customer service and in some cases common sense. Not sure who the manager was he never introduced himself which means we had no one to escalate.

For everything we asked the waiter would come up with an excuse " Covid Norms" The very important norm the restaurant wasn't following itself was wearing masks for staff. The Kanda Limbu served was stale. Extremely poor plate presentation for the prices we were paying. The food taste was good. The ambience was beautiful β€οΈ The waiters were very arrogant
We asked for ketchup in a chutney bowl to which he said not possible and served us sachets like a small kisoks. The Schezwan chutney wasn't served even if asked multiple times We came here from Mhaswad to specially have food and our experience was ruined. I am sure next time we visit the improvements...

Pros - Property is well maintained and big
Cons - Service needs improvement. We had to call housekeeping again and again for everything. They should have kept basic things in place before check-in. Food is too expensive. They are also charging service charges separately. For 20 Rs mineral water we had to pay 60 Rs. Further, they also charged services charges and GST on mineral water, which was evidently wrong. Only for water, we had to spent about 1000 Rs. Staff needs to be more customer-friendly and courteous. Frequent power cut. Though they have generators, lights kept...
