Ekostay Casa Royale — Hotel in Maharashtra

I recently stayed at the Ekostay Casa Royale Villa from June 8th to 9th with a group of 12 adults and 5 children, and our experience was extremely disappointing. We paid ₹34,000 for the villa, expecting a comfortable and secure stay, but encountered numerous issues that made our visit unpleasant.

Poor Villa Condition: The villa was in terrible condition. Many locks were not working, leading to significant security concerns. The rooms had a lot of leakage, and rainwater was pooling on the floor.

Non-Functional Amenities:The TV in the villa was not working, which was a major inconvenience.

Food Service Delays:Although the food quantity was good, it was consistently late. We had to wait for more than 2 hours for our meals, which is unacceptable. The caretaker claimed that food service was not under his control, which is confusing and unprofessional.

Unresponsive Staff: The sales person was unresponsive and did not assist us during our stay, despite multiple attempts to contact him.

Overpriced: Considering the condition of the villa and the lack of service, the cost of ₹34,000 was excessively high.

Privacy Issues: The kitchen was attached to one of the rooms, causing a lot of noise and lack of privacy.

Overall, the stay was far below our expectations, and I would not recommend Ekostay Casa Royale Villa to anyone. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves...

I have booked this villa for 11k but i don't think its worth to spend so much for this villa as shown in the photos across websites this villa is not such attractive in reality even no proper toilet seats,wash basins and although after having geysers they couldn't be operated easily. In kitchen platforms are not constructed well and swimming pool's stairs is too got broken and refrigerator is too old and doesn't works properly. The carrom board is too old and not in well condition even the table tennis is situated in too small room so no games could be played well in the games room. The most important thing is that the electricity in that area keeps fluctuating as we suffered 4 hrs electricity cut during night and the generators only power few fans in living room thats it. Even the fans across every room and AC are not maintained well and doesn't functions well however with this villa casa royale it was my worst experience and save your money especially from spending in this villa even as is as the whole property is like an society with 6 flats which are converted into rooms and then with very small swimming pool.However the care taker was quite good and polite person. NOT SATISFIED WITH EKO STAY...

Google didn’t give me an option to leave a negative rating because this villa truly deserves it.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this villa, with terrible customer service and substandard amenities. The issues were numerous, including:

Filthy rooms – The cleanliness was appalling. Very unhygienic environment, which is especially concerning since we had an infant in our group. Substandard food service, despite charging the rates of a five-star restaurant. To make matters worse, the food was served in unwashed utensils. Extremely rude staff – The staff appointed at the property were incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful.

The list is endless…

When we approached the staff, they were dismissive and offered no assistance. These issues ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. We complained multiple times to the person in charge, but the staff either ignored us or made excuses without any follow-up. No compensation or solution was offered.

The management’s complete lack of concern and failure to address basic issues shows a clear disregard for guest satisfaction.

I strongly advise against booking this property. This was one of the worst experiences...
