Bungalow was nice cant say excellent, With swimming pool, play area,parking ,small garden, muddy area for bonfire, All together good place for stay

Service of care taker not at all upto the mark, He was always at the back for money, he didnt got money so he said basin sink we chocked, how can a person chocke it, just for 500 extra he was doing this all, all 2 days he just troubled for utility cleaning money extra, we paid for kitchen so washing plates comes in it but he was asking for extra money, not a good person be allert with his strategies for money and request dont ask him for food preparation other wise he is a katu in mumbai language.

There were no light on staircase all dark he said ill do it but didnt and no wifi said it will work in 15 mints but whole 2 days we didnt get it, water purifier not working we complained but no response only said karta hu, 2 days we had to purchase water that was extra money expense.

Very very very Disappointing with almost everything!!!

After paying full payment of 30K, we 13 people were excited to enjoy our next 24 hours in the Villa. But we had to bare with below hurdles.

No preparedness at all when we arrived. (From Last 15 days, no maintenance were done).

Muddy, Greenish swimming pool. No Care Taker ( In 24 hrs, care taker just cleaned the villa and provided the requirable for bathrooms) Not a single cup of Tea. No Gas in Kitchen.

Totally false commitment towards all the services and wasted our precious time with multiple follow ups for Wi-Fi password, care taker duty, cleaning swimming pool.

We had wasted 4 - 5 hours in the hope of cleaned swimming pool on 1st day. Then wasted an hour arguing with him for refund. Though he has given 6k back on our 10k demand but it was very hopeless...
