Flagship Aradya Executive — Hotel in Maharashtra

We stayed for a business visit. Check in and checkout at 12. So if you come in morning and leave evening, you pay two days charge.

No GST bill provided. They were not sure whether they gave me the room with AC or non AC. But they dint give us any remote for AC.

Cash or digital payments accepted. No restaurant here. Fruit shops are available just opposite.

On the main road with parking space for few cars. No Lift available. Do not come here with people who cannot climb stairs. No rooms in ground floor as it seems to be.

Average rooms for short stay like business visit and you won't be long time in room.

Talk all terms before taking room. If needed to stay again in this area, i would not prefer this place if I get some other room.

🛑…the hotel is a totally fraud. They ask more money when I reached there and took 500 rs. per night More than the showed amount . Also one of the guy named Laxman is very abusive and a cheater as he took 2000 rs. As a security amount when I took a rented scooty for a day from him but when I returned the scooty he didn’t pay my money back giving stupid reason that online payment isn’t working but when I said give me in cash he just blocked my number and didn’t revert. Also,He abused me in his native language .Even they doesn’t deserve one star but I am giving it coz without any star...

Stayed here for a night on our way to Pandarpur...it was a mistake to book OYO...it a run down property and fit for hotel business......very noisy place... It seems the owners may be exiting the business and hence show no interest...Dirty rooms....dirty bath rooms.....stinking toilets....rooms painted ages ago...with outdated and uncomfortable furniture....no coffee machine or no hot water kettle available in room.....all in all...a place every one...
