My AirPods were stolen by the service staff and no action was taken by the receptionists present. The owner cooperated but it was too late, they were already long gone. Food was average. Visit time - 1st and 2nd June 2024 Room number - 4

We visited this resort for a family outing with my wife and kids, When we reach there, I got room 10-15 mins late as the previous occupant didn't left on time. Rooms here are TENT House. And the bathroom has a transperent glass on backside covered with curtains, not good. Being tent House with no false ceiling, it needs heavy AC otherwise it gets too hot. All the rooms have some small gaps . In one of the room that we took had the house sparrows and it's nest inside. Initially manager was answering casually to adjust it, after insisting him he gave another room When went for lunch, food was good, but service is very very slow. Had to ask multiple times for each thing like glass etc. Which is basic. right from 1 pm to 7.30-8 pm, we didn't had electricity for light in rooms, only AC was working, and the lights in common area like lawn poolside were up. when asked the answer is, we are working on it. after pool the situation was we had to bath and get ready in mobile torch. The bothroom fittings are all loose like shower's taps were loose so difficult to operate. The water pressure in showers tap is so low that we had to bath by taking water from basin's tap. After asking about this thing to manager the answers were too casual as if just finish the stay anyhow and go. Next-day morning I saw a sparrow in my room too so this seems to be normal for them.

Pool cleaning is not effective I guess so had to ask in morning twice for cleaning the pool.

Coffee and tea were as if they were precooked and heated in oven.

Distance between two rooms is very less and being the tent houses, even the little talks to screams from other rooms can be heard from our room which was very inappropriate.

And during the checkout when we again complained about all these, the manager was not even acknowledging it. He said, "ye to sab jagah hota hai. Aur aap wapas thodi aaoge!". seriously? You take 5k per for a room which is not a small amount and in that you gave such type of service, and their attitude towards service quality is very bad. They just have an avarage property with lake view at backside, nothing else. The owner must see this if this is a manager problem.
