Hotel Arc Palace — Hotel in Maharashtra

I was disappointed with my stay at Arc Palace Hotel. The room was advertised with a shower, but hot water was not available — instead, I had to request a bucket of hot water each time, which should have been communicated before arrival. The bed and pillows did not feel clean and had an unpleasant smell, and I even found a cockroach in the bathroom. The internet was also very slow, and overall the hotel felt generally unclean.

On the positive side, the staff were excellent — friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. Unfortunately, despite the great service, the facilities and cleanliness fell far below...

Worst hotel service ever. The staff is very rude and will not pay attention to the basic things that are required from hotel .i.e. clean bed, clean washroom. Not even water is complimentary. Free breakfast is a total scam and they provide only bread without butter or toasted. They lights were not working and the washbasin was also leaking. At night the staff were giggling loudly which was not comfortable for us to sleep and when confronted to lower the voice there was a big argument over it which totally disturbed by slee at 1 am. Worst ever place I have stayed , so rude staffand hotel is (situated above liquor shop). Staff keep smoking at hotel lobby. Poor towels and dirty bed linen. You will get only Poha in the name of complimentary breakfast. I feel google rating of this hotel is scripted/manipulated. Pics shown of the room at MMT, FabHotel or oyo is not real pics of the rooms available at this property. Hotel staff said if you book online then he won't accept bookings so rudely. Please avoid...
