The location is near the old Pune Bangalore highway. The location is convenient for tourists also. Ample parking, food is good, and bar available.

I had earlier rated The Bliss five stars based on my dining experience — their food quality, service, and parking facilities were truly commendable. However, my recent indirect experience through a guest I recommended has made me reconsider my earlier opinion.

A family traveling from Pune to the South stayed overnight here on my suggestion, as I presumed that the lodging quality would be at par with the restaurant. Unfortunately, their experience turned out to be far from satisfactory. The air conditioner was non-functional throughout the night, and there was no staff available to attend to the issue despite repeated attempts. The next morning, they were informed that tea would only be served after 11 a.m., which was unreasonable for guests planning an early departure.

It was quite embarrassing for me to have recommended the place based on my trust in its restaurant service. While the dining section continues to be good, the lodging side clearly needs serious improvement in terms of maintenance, service responsiveness, and guest care. I hope the management treats this as constructive feedback and aligns their lodging standards with the goodwill their restaurant...

Hello Everyone We traveled Kolhapur many times for business and personal purpose. This time we choose Hotel Bliss due to not any other options available. But as we reached in this hotel, we feel & spent some quality times. Staff was very polite, friendly & helpful. Food was good in quality and quantity Locations is outside of city but so more. If you have vehicle then it’s feel very near. If you having work in Kagal MIDC then it’s best choice. Facilities- Not more available. It’s out of city so Rickshaw also not easily available.
