We had retirement ceremony program here. excellent service by Pavan- captain, helping crew. excellent service by waiters good quality food Manager- hardworking fellow, good co-operation whom with we were dealing and who was handling arrangements
Coming to the point where faced concern, power cut for 7-8 times during the ceremony. because of that out guests were irritated, it was hot because, fuse was tripping and AC and power was not used fully, presenters couldn’t read the script and express properly due to frequent power cut. and it was getting dark . ceremony was a life time memory for my mother and she had to face to a fiasco. video shooting were interrupted and ruined . same with pictures .
Answered we got from manager- young fellow with specs. ( i will not take specific name because we follow some modesty) -that it’s not my fault just a”technical glitch “ ( no apologies offered) i charged you for per plate food not for banquet. that was complimentary ( next time please specify customers that banquet service is not hotels responsibility) we never asked you to give us free banquet and poor service. we would have paid for banquet and and full lights and AC.

let me be clear that handling hotel’s technical glitch is your responsibility . kindly understand it might be just “function “ for you , retirement ceremony is “lifetime memory “ and a big achievement for people. Infront of my mother, elderly lady, managers approach was not very respectful when she raised this concern after a program he took it very personal. i agree he was very helpful during the whole event. but end of the event when we gave (negative feedback) problem we faced and we had to be embarrassed in front of 125 guest even after paying full money, he was little rude.
at least understand, you are in a service industry. and follow some modesty specially if you have a “glitch “ in your service. We were just trying to share genuine issues we faced and WE PAID THE FULL AMOUNT even after lack of “basic facilities” lights and AC service. Be little courteous please! :) carry a little mature...
Read moreWe took a room with breakfast for a night here while on our way from Bhopal to Mumbai on 10th april . The hotel is new and good from the outside. It's located very near to the Mumbai Agra highway. As the hotel is new the rooms looked good and clean! BUT we had 2 problems 1) The entrance to the bathroom had a big step to climb which may not be a big problem for many but as my mother uses walker because of her arthritis it was an issue as all the rooms have it. The biggest problem was the AC which was not at all doing its job in our room! We waited for almost 2 hrs for it to cool but it didn't cool at all. They sent someone to check it out and it still didn't cool. Finally they changed the room for us and we crawled over to another room at around midnight as we were very tired from our journey. The second rooms AC was also not cooling as it should have been doing but it was a lot better than the stuffy room we left. And we were too tired to bother about it anymore. Finally I think after few hours the cooling was ok. Please check the rooms AC specially in the Hot temperatures of Dhulia! About the food- the dinner we ordered at night was good palak khichdi and veg biryani. But the buffet breakfast was ok.. they had limited choices. The staff is good, courteous...
Read moreIf there was an option to give negative reviews I would have given that. Yesterday we went for friends birthday party and their service was pathetic. Worst experience . We booked the table and pre ordered all food items so that dinner would be served quickly. Not only they served late but cancelled food items which were available during pre booking but were given to other customers who came after us. Plus they also spoiled the cake completely about which they informed us at 11:30 pm after all the customers left so that there would be no one to see their pathetic service and behaviour . The waiters were super rude to us. And when we said we have to leave to resume our duty as we're doctors they argued that doctors don't have 24hr duty and what not. 1 of our friends left without eating as she had to resume her duty . This was the reason of pre booking so that no one would be late or go without dinning but it all went to waste.Would not even recommend my enemy this restaurant ever. Also spoiled...
