Hotel Gopalas Residency - Best Bhiwandi Hotels — Hotel in Maharashtra

Been here last Saturday with family

Ambience was mesmerising, really loved it.

Staff was very helpful and polite, helped us in choosing the best

Food was delicious too. We went ahead ordering:

Manchow Soup: Regular Manchow Soup served with fried Noodles, but taste was just perfect

Tomato Soup: Thick Tomato Soup, Served with Croutons, but tasted really good (as per one of my family member, as I'm not a Tomato Soup person)

Garden Fresh Pizza: With loads of Veggies and Mozzarella Cheese, it was delicious

Cheesy Pizza: Pizza with Pizza sauce and Mozzarella Cheese, it was nice but not the best

Nachos: Nachos Chips served with Veggies and Cheese Sauce. It tastes good, but one thing that disappointed me was... Nachos was fried

Bruschetta: This dish was something that we relished a lot. As it was perfect to taste along with its crispiness

Mac n Cheese Pasta: Usually wherever I have had Mac n Cheese Pasta, it was served in white sauce with loads of Mozzarella Cheese, but this one was disappointing as it was served in Red Sauce though Mozzarella Cheese was there

Arrabiata Pasta: Pasta prepared in white sauce with veggies, We liked this one (both the pastas were served with Cheese Garlic Bread

Quantity was good enough for all the dishes

Service was quick

Place was well maintained and hygienic

Place is pocket friendly for dine in

They even have banquet hall for parties, event and get-together, buffet price is reasonable too

They also have rooms for staying, its located inside Bhumi World on Nashik highway.

Though the property is good, but the front desk staff is very rude and arrogant. They try to avoid giving services until you become adamant and insist on the same. Also they add up wrong bills at the time of leasing. So Beaware about it. 1 of my experience is when I checked on the same day I had a lunch with my family at their restaurant, and I paid for the food then and there itself. But to my shock, the amount was added to my bill at checkout. Upon claiming that I had already cleared that bill immediately after having the food, still they were very arrogant and adamant with there attitude. I was made to feel like I am a lier. Hence I had to tell them that better they check from there staff. However they told me they will check the CCTV camera which was again very rude and made me feel like a criminal. Totally disappointed. Finally they checked the same and then only deducted the amount from my bill. Do not expect such behavior from any hotel. They claim to be too good on the phone however this is the truth. Better to avoid this place then to feel...

We had a very good stay at GOPALAS RESIDENCY Hotel, the restaurant staff’s service was very good and helpful for us to continue our vacation at GOPALAS RESIDENCY Hotel, and also their support was wonderful because they were always supporting for us. The food was really delicious and the waiters were very attentive and helpful made you feel like at home. Hotel was great with an fantastic ambience of yester year and enjoyed our stay.The rooms were large and very cosy with room attentive very helpful.
