Now I will come to my story, I stayed at this hotel in starting week of Nov 23. I booked this hotel online and made part payment for the same. At the time of check out, hotel staff told me that part payment made by me is not reflecting in portal and owner of hotel told me to make full payment at the time being and send mail to it's partner payment company Eglobe Solutions. I made the payment and came back to my home town. Hotel owner was supposed to share me mail id, however he did not sent the same to me. So I searched online and send mail keeping hotel in cc in the mail stating the issue but they were not ready to refund my money. So I again make the call to hotel owner, he assured me again that he will send my money. Post that time I have made multiple calls to him everytime he gives me some unnecessary reason but did not send back my money.
