Just for the location. This seems to be the only decent option if you decide to spend a night in Yeola.
I understand that a place like Yeola cannot have hotels like we have in Mumbai and Bengalury, but that does not mean you should provide torn blankets to your customers. How long and what does it take to fix a broken lamp in the room? I wonder if this happens due to conscious ignorance. We checked in late, around 3 in the afternoon and the check-in was at 2 p.m. It took forever to get our rooms. They started mopping the rooms after we arrived. They were trying their best, but somehow they were not enough. They were all over the place. These people are too laid back to run a hospitality business. Inhouse restaurant opens at 12 p.m, so there was no tea in the morning even if we wanted to have a tea. Such a basic thing you might wonder. Rooms are very basic, hot water is not available throughout the day, tv was not working in our room. We ended up shelling 3000/- per night just for AC and location.
You don't have many options in hotels when it comes to staying in Yeola. So, keep your bar to the lowest and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had a very bad experience today with a hotel booking made through MakeMyTrip. I had booked Hotel Jain Palace for 1 room from 8th April to 9th April, and I paid a total of ā¹2559. However, when I went to check in at 1 AM, I was shocked to find out that the hotel was currently under construction and not operational.
Even though I had already paid the amount, the hotel representative did not answer my calls. From 1 AM onwards, I started looking for an alternate room, but unfortunately, I couldnāt find any available accommodation. I had to spend the entire night at the ST Bus Stand, which was extremely inconvenient and distressing.
I honestly believe MakeMyTrip is the worst app for hotel bookings. In the morning, I had to book another room elsewhere and ended up paying an additional ā¹2500. In total, I had to spend over ā¹5000 for just a one-night stay, along with unnecessary stress and trouble.
I request a full reimbursement of the amount paid for Hotel Jain Palace, as well as compensation for the inconvenience and additional expenses caused due to this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreJust returning from this shopaholics trip with family. How keen I am to review this hotel. The property looks clean and good from out however it had its flaws. We were about to check in late at night at 12 for 4 rooms we booked for a family of 14 and was communicated in advance that we would want to retain the room for few house post 12 as we have an old lady traveling with us. Inspite of agreed on this during the booking owner backed out at end and charged extra day for the room.|The hotel rooms have a lot of unfit broken furniture and leaking washrooms. The beds looked clean however had something biting all night. Maybe white ants due to the dampen walls or something.|However, our purpose was fulfilled but was expecting a better service. Ideally I want to rate this place nothing more than 2.5/5.|I hope the hotel owner takes this as a feedback...
