Hotel is on highway and one has to take side road for 800 m to enter the premises. Parking is huge, gated and also has electric cars charging station. Service is nice, no issues here. Room was  in old building on 1st floor. Size is ok. Bathroom is small , old styled but functional. Water flow is less for shower to work properly. Hot water available even at 5 am morning. It has an exhaust fan. No glass partition between shower area n rest. No wiper given. No fridge in our room. AC was working but season is January, but have doubts about May . Ceiling fan is present. Comb, toothbrush and paste missing from toiletteries. They only provide bottled shampoo and conditioner and body wash and a soap bar. No bathroom sleepers. Kettle provided with tea, coffee and sugar sachets. Linen was average. Towels were clean. As per me, one can stay at this hotel but it's not for leisure stay. Price is higher for the quality they provide. Hotel is basically a marriage hall. Food- Was bad . Daal was not fresh and was full of cream. I couldn't finish it. Soup was also sad. Wont recommend food here.

Service not good and Room had one or another maintenance issues whether it be standard room or royal suite.I stayed in 1st week of Dec 2021,it was peak of wedding time in this vicinity and this property so no proper hot water. This hot water issues is been there since past 1 year and more. Staff was polite but lack a bit of professional approach specially may be because of unwanted intervention by hotel owner in day to day operations. I saw him shouting at one young lady stating this is my property and you can leave. This type of behavior does not reciprocate an owner approach. All in all not a good stay for business trip because everytime you will see entire new staff(may be because of owner not giving them proper facilities/salaries) but due to limited options in Dhule, travellers usually goes there but have heard that 2-3 premium competitors are coming up with new venture in the vicinity.

We stayed at Jhankar Palace, Dhule, after almost 9 years and it was a pleasant experience again. The hotel has an old heritage charm — spacious rooms, solid wooden furniture and neat upkeep. Though the property is not modern, the comfort and cleanliness are well maintained. The restaurant food was really good, both in taste and quality. Location is central and easy to reach from highway as well as city. Staff were decent, polite and helpful whenever needed. For families and business travellers looking for a reliable stay in Dhule, Jhankar Palace is still a trusted option. Happy to see that the place continues to keep its standard over the years.

Hotel Jhankar Review Rating: 1/5 I recently had a distressing experience at Hotel Jhankar, which I would like to bring to your attention. Despite multiple requests (3-4 times) to ensure that only hot water was supplied through all taps, including the toilet jet spray, I suffered severe burns due to the hotel's negligence.

What's even more disappointing is the complete lack of response from the hotel staff to my complaints. The absence of effective customer service is appalling, especially considering the harm caused. The stay was not only uncomfortable but also a significant waste of money.

To improve, I suggest the hotel takes the following steps:

Implement a more robust system for tracking and addressing guest requests. Provide adequate training to staff on customer service and issue resolution. Review safety protocols to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Until these issues are addressed, I would advise potential guests to exercise caution when staying at Hotel Jhankar.

Suggestions for Improvement Ensure prompt response to guest complaints and concerns. Implement safety measures to prevent scalding from hot water. Train staff to handle customer complaints effectively.

Conclusion My experience at Hotel Jhankar was subpar, and I hope the management takes necessary steps to rectify the issues and provide a better experience for...

I felt this is a marriage garden and not a hotel. Staff is not professionally trained the way you will find generally in hotel industry. so if you are used to staying in hotels and expecting some level of service, forget it. Few experiences from my stay during weekend 20th-Nov-2021. If you don't have an option and had to choose this hotel, ensure that you have room rates agreed in writing with all details. Don't believe phone conversation. Once you land there they will give some reasons(if you miss getting in writing) and charge you heavy(may be double as well) They have very old ACs, pale yellow colour. ACs will make noise as if water cooler. If you are lucky it will cool also. Even if you have to stay in absence of choice, DO NOT eat here. Very pathetic room service. We waited for 50 minutes for tea and one room got tea (out of 3 rooms we booked), if you see the tea cattle, it looked like not washed for few months. Our member who drank that tea vomited after some time. Some rooms are of good size but they will confuse you with type of rooms so see the rooms and check for yourself before confirming on rates. Bathroom showers are not cleaned for ages so its scaled & jam. You need to use bucket only. Property will look good in pictures and i think people get deceived because of that. I felt its not worth as its overall poorly managed with...

Unless you are a local or use any kind of map app, you cannot find this place as it has no signage. Fortunately Google Maps had the right location and we reached.||The front desk made a bad attempt to upsell by telling us that the category of room we had booked was unavailable even though earlier during the day this was confirmed. On insisting that we only want the room category booked (we had booked 2 rooms) and do not want 2 separate rooms of 2 categories apart from each other, he relented and gave us the rooms we had booked. Not a good experience especially after driving 10 hours.||Rooms were okay, large, spacious, did not need to use the airconditioner as weather was pleasant.||Dinner was okay, service a little slower than expected.||Breakfast starts late at 8:30 which probably is okay by local standard, but not for travelers who want to get started early (7:30 is the norm almost everywhere). So if you want food early, you are better off going out and searching.||The spread was still getting laid when we finished at 9:00, fair options, but again it took 4 reminders and 20 minutes to get our coffee. The person incharge of F&B made some lame excuse that it takes time in the morning.||Overall? okay, probably will not choose this option if I am traveling that...
