Hotel Krishna Palace — Hotel in Maharashtra

Honestly, this is like a motel. But for the rate I got the hotel for was very cheap so I didn't mind much. But the actual charges of the hotel is exorbitant for the subpar quality that they offer. The room and washroom were full of cobwebs and dirt. A lot of things were broken. The hotel owner should check the rooms after housekeeping is done with the cleaning. The bed was full of dirt and loose strands of hair. When I arrived at the hotel I was feeling really sick, but after taking notice of the bed I became worse. It was horrible. I had booked for bed and breakfast and the next day breakfast so poorly served and cooked. First of all, for the amount they are charging for bed and breakfast, 2 baby idlis and sambar served in baby cutlery doesn't match up. The tea served too was tasteless. It was almost as if the cook was doing us a favor serving us food. The only pro is that they have a lift. Nothing else. Extremely...

Hello Oyo My name akash salve I made booking JHMU7979 in 4th June 2022 to 5th June 2022 and time is like 4pm something so when I going In hotel around 7.30pm hotel Krishna palce this reception guy told me that amount room will not gives to you.You need pay extra amount So I was not paying anything Then after that I was modify my booking but I was unsuccessful then my booking directly Cancelled. Then Oyo mail me for your refund amount only inr70.00 only So please tell what my fault to this issue Pls slove out this ASAP .I was call customer care but nobody response this problem I am very disappointed for this Oyo and hotel issues.after this problem I never booking through by Oyo. Help out this problem. Is very bad experience for this hotel pls don’t go this property special...

Pathetic hotel plz don't stay in this hotel, we ordered some food in evening but they gave it to another room, and the people from that room ate it , and we waited for almost 1 hr still we don't get our food,the rooms were so basic, tv was dead, no wifi was there, and the food quality was so bad, tomato soup tasted like rotten tomato juice, we changed this hotel in night because we were not able to tolerate all the mismanagement and rude behavior of entire staff, also we don't wanted to starve because the food was so bad that no one can eat it... Plz oyo check these hotels conditions they upload totally different images on google as well as oyo website, but in reality some hotels are in so poor condition.. They are just in hotel business for looting people's money.....
