Hotel Laxmi Narayan Palace — Hotel in Maharashtra

I had a very unpleasant experience at Laxminarayan Hotel. As a business traveler who roams throughout Maharashtra, I stayed at the hotel for three days during a week. The service was extremely poor – there was no light at night, and when I approached the night shift staff, they suggested either endure it or leave. I had only checked in half an hour ago, but when I asked for a refund, they flatly refused. Very very bad experience with this hotel (guest house). Staff are very arrogant, not listening for anything. If you ask for anything like Power failure, water supply in bathroom, Gyser, soap, Towel....not provide...If repeated again and again they will say " इधर तो ऐसा ही चलता है, आपको पसंद नही तो मत आओ " then no Refund, and it is very costly compared to other hotels in that town. Food quality is not up to the mark. Limited Items with more costly. Never Never to stay in this GUEST HOUSE. The responsible persons at reception counter so called Manager is also arrogant and same person is taking order in Restaurant with same attitude.

Lift is there for show piece, not working since long. We have to lift our own Luggage and go to room on 2nd...

Extremely Disappointing Experience

I recently stayed at Hotel Laxmi Narayan in Shrirampur and was thoroughly disappointed with the service. The staff and owner were arrogant and unaccommodating.

The hotel has a strict policy of not allowing outside food, forcing guests to purchase their overpriced and tasteless meals. When I requested to have a parcel delivered, the staff insulted the delivery person and refused to cooperate.

The management was unresponsive to our requests and spoke to us in a rude manner. I've stayed at numerous hotels across India, but this was by far the worst experience.
