Most UNIQUE & significant part about this property is, it’s best for all, including family with children because of ample of open space within property whilst special rooms, which are at the right elevated height with spectacular view of the entire lake from your OWN bed !
Staff is well experienced & always very keen to meet its guest expectation with their humble & positive attitude , food is great and is tailored as per guest request which amazing for us .
This place is less like a Hotel or commercial retreat rather a well thought Homely GRAND retreat with luxury stay option by the blissful lake !
As per my experience, the owners & staff of this space are local family oriented & well cultured as i saw them treating all guests with utmost gratitude & like their own.

We were a group of 6 families (21 people in total), and our overall experience at Hotel Nivanta Lakeview Retreat was truly memorable.
As soon as we arrived, the place felt like something straight out of the woodland realm — calm, serene, and surrounded by nature. The scenic lake view from the hotel is simply breathtaking and makes for a perfect getaway from the city.
The rooms are a bit compact, but they offer some of the best views, which more than make up for the size. The stay was very comfortable, and the staff was extremely polite, courteous, and helpful throughout.
The food served was tasty, though the menu was limited. Still, we enjoyed every meal. Cleanliness, food quality, and service were all up to the mark. One small suggestion — providing WiFi services would be a welcome addition for guests.
The hotel may not be very fancy, but its peaceful surroundings and natural beauty offer an experience that’s hard to match.

The location of this resort is really awesome.
There are around 10 cabins for your stay that are well equipped with modern amenities like Hot water Jug, small cupboard, extra Mattress, Geyser, wash basin, health faucet, western toilet etc . The size of the cabin is compact but its good for two people.
One side of the cabin is complete glass that gives a beautiful view of the Arthur Lake. The lake is just a stone's throw away and views of the cloud covered hills around are mesmerizing.
The food options at the restaurant here are tasty if you are looking for typical Maharashtrian masala taste.
Breakfast has four options bread, omlette, poha & Maggi.
You should have a cuppa coffee here with the view of the lake its really good... They top it up with extra coffee which is perfect.
Recommend this location for a group of friends or family who a looking for a peaceful stay in the nature's lap with poor network connection to keep your experience undisturbed.
