Hotel O Kohinoor Plaza — Hotel in Maharashtra

Such a disaster hotel. Would never recommend this one and Rather not give a single star rating to them. We booked 3 rooms through booking.com, the rooms shown on app and allotted ones were not even remotely similar. It was as if some stock photos were uploaded by the property owner, just to use as bait for customers into buying the rooms. We were allotted sub standard rooms which were very unhygienic, dirty and small cockroaches were there. Single light was there in room and A.C. wasn't working. Bed and the blanket provided were dirty too. The fans also didn't work properly and were stopping intermittently, as if it was a haunted house. In Washrooms, either there was no water at all, or if it was there, and we asked for hot water, were denied by the receptionist. Flush didn't work properly, drainage pipes of washbasin would come off. In one of our rooms, washroom was broken, Double bed was asked for, Instead two twin beds were given. The room size was smaller too, compared to other rooms given. We asked for room change, but the property manager was very rude to us. He asked to vacate the rooms at night 8 pm, when we asked to make some changes. This was after we had driven 400km+ since morning, and were all tired. They even denied us the complimentary breakfast, which was included in our booking, citing that we got the rooms on offer for a lower price, and hence, they can't provide breakfast. This rude behaviour of staff and their manager was the worst part of all, where they don't even know what services are provided for what amount. No proper parking available. Later now they had cancelled the booking from booking.com so that we don't review them.. And all the money has gone to their pockets than providing booking.com...

I had the misfortune of spending 5 nights at this god forsaken place, its not a hotel, its a pathetic place run by few goons who claim to be managers, totally uncivil and downright cheap, unruly behaviour and threatening tones used by MR RIZWAN (so called manager) and KHAN BABA (so called junior manager), created a ruckus before checkout, no sense of how to talk to a WOMAN, the only reason why they are not in police custody is that i didnt have the time to file an official complaint against them, i strongly urge trip advisor to keep the safety and dignity of the guests in mind before promoting such morons as part of that blame then goes to you also, few other reasons to SKIP this place, Dirty Rooms Cockroaches Pan & Gutka stains and spit in windows Below average service No clean bed sheet or Towels until YOU ASK 6, No SOAP or toiletries Cigarette SMOKE filled rooms and corridor TORN bed and pillows Dirtiest bathroom ever, you will know who used it before you! NO HOT water until you SCREAM

I don't want to give even one star to this hotel. They will treat you badly if you book through Oyo. "Sir, if you don't like our hotel please leave", this I was told on the very first day at 11 pm night. At a time I was exhausted by a long journey. The rooms they have shown on the app and which they allotted were different. I was given a very sub standard room. There were cockroaches in the room, the Washroom was very dirty it was like public toilet. The hygiene and cleanliness was very bad. Just a single light in the room. Their AC does not work, the bedding was dirty, I got sick, my throat sour & a fever. No hot and cold water is available. Room service was poor you have to make no. of calls. They don't have parking you have to park on road. The buffet breakfast is fake, only you have to eat is poha. They give you regular water no packed water bottle is given as complimentary. I have seen a lady with her small kids had forced to leave the hotel at midnight, she was having the same problem with the room. The hotel manager just told her to leave was were rude. Overall a very bad hotel to stay don't spoil your holidays and your money. I booked this hotel for their location.
