Owner disagreed to to give rooms as price was not as per their expectation. However my booking was confirmed on OYO. Neither of the staff was polite. If you have problems listed on the app then you have to delist from OYO or talk to them to set lower limit. This was so inconvenient. I reached late night around 10-10.30 and later had to struggle and suffer for new booking since I did not want to pay double the cost I booked for.
