Hotel Om Residency — Hotel in Maharashtra

I booked this hotel on agoda but reaching there they mentioned they have not received any booking. I booked room with breakfast inclusions on agoda but hotel said they can give room but no breakfast. Mohmd. is the worst person you will find behind a reception. My 1yr old had 104 fever and he asked to stand near the door to first resolve the booking with agoda customer care. After 1.5hr, it was found that their mail was wrong and not receiving any bookings from agoda. I saw a good rating on maps which was the Primary reason to book this stay however upon reaching there the experience was completely opposite. Seems like there is some change in entire management/ownership of the hotel. Clearly this new management don't know how to run a hotel.

Pros: the room layout is good but should be maintained. if you get this hotel at 1500, then it is a good deal in this area. If you end up paying 1.8k - 2k , then few extra bucks will help you get much better hotels in the area. Good rooms in this area. They have newly started so looks services can be improved but still they have people to serve better and provide what you want, just ask them. Actually didn't expected such hotel in this area. Overall good to stay, even with families. Food was also good, clean rooms.
