Hotel Omkar Residency — Hotel in Maharashtra

Pathetic experience. There was a serious miscommunication between the owner and staff. I had a special need, i required fridge/refrigerator to which the owner promised. As we reached late night, there was no fridge to keep & our whole night fun was lost. The owner has no real know-how about the ground realities. The staff was courteous & they helped in each and every way to help us.

The rooms were dirty. AC was working but was without remote, in the middle of the night, water started leaking from the hosepipe & our shoes which were kept below AC got wet. A lot needs to be improved. Till then its just 1 star for making...

Worst ever in my life. That manager is a big chor. I was on a business trip and was in a hurry. I paid him 2k. He put me in a shared asbestos room. People were already staying in the room and working in a nearby company. It was a hostel. During their absence he adjusted me there. Just imagine after paying 2k, I was forced to share room with unknown person in the room during Covid period. No shower, no bucket, completely unheigenic. He didn't give the receipt also. There is no restaurant. There is Hotel Saheb in front of it which costs almost same and has superb service. -ve stars to this...

I stayed in this property for 2 nights between 26th-28th Dec'24. My experience was pathetic. Room alloted to us was pretty much in bad condition - floor unclean, curtains dirty, bedsheet had stains, wall paint was removed, mirror was covered with stains, few light bulbs were damaged, etc. We ultimately managed to shift to another only available room but it was also not as per expectations.
