I recently stayed at Prism Hotel in Kalyan, Maharashtra, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. The hotel has its pros and cons, and I would like to share my honest feedback.
Firstly, the room I was assigned was Room 102, which turned out to be quite small. However, the hotel's location provided easy access to the nearby market area, which was a convenient aspect for me. The service at Prism Hotel was satisfactory, and the staff members were attentive and helpful throughout my stay.
Unfortunately, there were a few issues that need to be addressed. The bathroom had a problem with water pouring wastefully, resulting in an annoying noise when the tap was turned off. To avoid this noise, I had to let all the water flow, which was quite inconvenient. This aspect of the bathroom was quite disappointing and needs immediate attention.
Moreover, the walls in the room were in dire need of repainting, as numerous cracks were appearing on them. This not only affected the aesthetics but also gave a sense of neglect to the overall ambiance of the room.
On the positive side, Prism Hotel is budget-friendly, which makes it an attractive option for travelers seeking affordable accommodation. The staff members were friendly and provided good service, which added to the overall positive experience.
In conclusion, Prism Hotel in Kalyan, Maharashtra, offers a budget-friendly stay with a convenient location and helpful staff. No toiletries are provided as mention on sight. Cleanliness n comfort was ok.i booked my room from online platform and paid accordingly at the time of check in,but when i check out the guy on the reception desk asked me for more money when i asked him for bill, he said if u want bill then u have to pay gst tax then only you will get bill i said as per my online booking i have already paid gst, so he said we are not bothered about your online reservation if you paid gst to them then take the bill from them we can't provide, the main thing online when i booked they shown breakfast is complimentary so accordingly i choose the package but in the morning when i asked for breakfast hotel staff clearly said that they don't provide breakfast to anyone then i shown them my booking stats so they said call to online booking site and ask them for breakfast... So might be there is huge communication gap between online host oyo & hotel or hotel staff is doing intensionally to make more money. Read moreChecked in a little early because we need to crash at a place for our next big trip, we checked in at 6.30 in the morning, paid the whole amount which is 1200/- We got a room of broken switches, leakage in wash basin, no toiletries provided not even a soap. We had to ask for towels when we entered the room. Our car was parked in their parking area and maybe there would be some difficulties they asked for the key, I gave them and it has been more than 2 hours and they have not yet returned it. (Understandable but yet not so)
They give me a call around 1.30 to check out when I had paid for the whole faqin day. I heard good reviews about them and had good reputation but right now I don't feel its valid. The ac is barely working, barely cooling the room. The lights are flickering, i can barely watch my laptop, it's causing great deal of headache and they have not left anything else to disappoint me.
