If Google gave me option of giving this place zero star I would or even negative for that matter. The owner is a drunkard. Always drinking in front of the customers day or night. Using abusive language if you tell him you require basic stuff to be cleaned like our dinning table which was used by the previous customer. They keep things very unclean like bed covers, sheets, bathroom. If ask them to clean or demand or ask for clean one the owner will threaten you to vacate the room any time. They are only interested in taking the money and in return to give horrible service with pathetic behavior. Also there was a lot of restrictions on using the AC like you can use it at a specific temperature only you cant set it lower then 24°C even if you are feeling hot. Also only one AC remote for all rooms so they kept coming to our room to take the AC remote control from us. It's like paying money to live according to the owner will who is nothing but a drunken, abusive, threatening and greedy owner. It was horrible experience. I would highly request people to avoid this place if they want to have a good time at Guhagar. I see in the comment many people have written the same about this place but I missed reading the reviews and landed up having a horrible experience hence I request please read the reviews of this place and take the wise decision to avoid this...

I recently had a highly unsatisfactory experience with Hotel Rajgad. Despite booking a room in advance and making partial payment, the management failed to honor our reservation. When contacted to ensure our room was ready, we were informed that it had been allocated to someone else and were left scrambling to find alternative accommodation.

This level of incompetence and disregard for customer reservations is unacceptable. It not only caused inconvenience but also resulted in unnecessary stress and inconvenience. As a paying customer, I expected better treatment and professionalism from Hotel Rajgad.

Pros: Good Location

Cons: Very poor services Rooms are dirty and have lizards. Their staff never clean rooms even if you request multiple times Not a single water bottle (and glass) supplied in any room Untrained and Arrogant reception staff, owner is rude They do not serve food. There is a restaurant infront of the hotel, but food quality is not good. ACs were not working, use ceiling fans at your own risk because they can fall on you anytime. Check photos. No security for rooms, because anyone can open windows from outside and easily enter in rooms.
