HOTEL SHREE EXECUTIVE — Hotel in Maharashtra

The rooms are good here, had been here a few times and was a must recommended place by me till now. The staff who attended us is now gone and the person who replaced him has a big no on his face . No no 1. He refused to send someone to carry our bags. No no 2 . A person with me asked for a blanket for which he refused to give. No no 3. TV is smart here but without internet, and the attendent says no internet on 2nd floor.

And the worst is yet to come.

I checked in knowing that the hotel is known to me and no need to do the routine checks which we generally do.

Next morning I got up and went in the washroom and saw no toilet seat on the WC.

The same attendant did nothing for this. Reply was I cant do anything, after a few minutes conversation with him he showed me a toilet which was attached to a hall and looked like a staff toilet, and asked me to use this.

Pretty much on the old Mumbai-Goa Highway. Just past the main market area of Kankavli.

Decent, comfortable rooms. Clean washrooms. The hotel has been maintained to good standards.

Does seem like very nice & clean in the first go, but then you find some dust here & there as you settle in. And we felt some monsoon dampness. But wasn't too bad. I don't think you can escape these things anywhere in this city. It was good value for money overall.

Good hotel, neat to the railway station, good staff, nice ambience, rooms were good. Though we had three rooms booked.. And in one room at was not working.. It has a restaurant named TIRFAL which serves exquisite maharashtrian breakfast. Amboli (rice flour pancakes) were the best we have had till date with fresh coconut chutney.. Don't miss when u visit here.. Food was fantastic.. Especially pompfret fish curry. We even had raw as and bombil fry. Vegetarian is also served here.. Overall...
