Hotel Swamiraj Executive — Hotel in Maharashtra

The worst ever hotel I have ever stayed was this one, they charge you showing all false images which are well morphed showing neat and santized but there is no maintenance at all, civil work of the hotel is too good with spacious rooms balcony parking and all but, the maintenance of the Motel is literally zero, they charged me ₹2,100 for one night in A/c room but there was no working TV, water leaks from A/c, no door mats provided, Bathroom was smelling stinky, food was I guess 2-3days old, room service people are not hygiene they wore cloths as if like they work in car mechanic shed power get off in the night and nobody gives response if asked for power back-up, literally I was coming from almost 800 kms of journey and I saw this hotel beside toll gate, that has attracted me to stay, I did my check-in at night 23:15hrs thinking of to stay atleast till next day noon but because of thier maintenance I had to vacante...

Owner has did very good setup, location, construction, amenities for customer BUT the person handling, servicing in such a worst way I could never seen.

Rooms Wide enough, No intercom to call reception, water lodging inside dirty bathroom, window was uncleaned, wardrobe n drawer are with dust, bed is very good bt with unwashed things.

Service Very poor response from management, Shut of lights in early morning, no intercom inside, please call from Google if needed, Charging for complimentary water bottle, no towel or any person hygiene things will be provided.

Location A premium location near toll plaza, well kept garden and restaurant

Food Was reached late arround 11 O'clock, person from restaurant treated very nicely, taken order and didn't compermised with quality as last visitor.

Hygiene At restaurant and hotel lobby is upto mark, still scope to improve in hotel

I booked the super delux room for a stay in this hotel. It was spacious room along with balcony. Room was well furnished having spacious bed, cupboard & dressing table inside it. There was small play area for children along with well maintained greenery which was visible from the balcony of my room. Talking about food, it was really delicious and tasty. Also the service was very quick. You don't have to wait for a long time to get food served once ordered. Besides the food was yummy, it's cost was pocket friendly too. All the staff of the hotel were humble and helpful all the time. Overall, I had a nice experience while being here. I stayed in this hotel for first time, but would like to recommend this hotel...
