Hotel Uma Executive — Hotel in Maharashtra

I had very bitter experience on 6th April 2022 @ Uma Executive where I have been staying since last one decade ! I stayed in Room' no.106 AC of which was not working after I brought this thing to the notice of Manager Mr.Waghmare ! a waiter Mr.Esak has checked it but he was helpless.next day morning again another waiter Mr.Nagesh came & confirmed AC is out of functions !

I am surprised how Manager Mr.Hatkar has allotted ? this room no.106 ! Room with faulty AC ! with AC room tariff ! Mr.Hatkar was not at all in position to listen to me ! Finally I paid tarrif of AC accommodation for non-AC one , next day ! Since then I am trying my level best to contact Hon'ble Mr.Pankaj Bharatseth Lokhande but his no. I am getting constantly Busy ! Whoever is planning to check in to this hotel to clearly understand that me and my colleagues/friends went to Uma executive hotel and since we keep traveling for official purpose. They booked a room. Though it's a very aristocrat hotel, the behavior of hotel receptionist, staff are incredibly terrible. When we protested, they arrogantly misbehaved with us and told to check out from there. I wont go into what else happened but something terrible that has never happened to any of us before, and a total disrespect to us as a guest. Online Rates are great for Rooms on First Floor with NO VENTILATION or VIEWS...||Offline Rates are High.. the Manager will charge you Higher Rates for Rooms on Second Floor which are Ventilated by Window opening on the Road Side.. Very Noisy at Day. ||Sound Sleep at Night...||||We tried to book the Better Rooms online there itself.. but the Smart Manager immediately displayed the Rooms SOLD OUT and we had a choice to Agree to their Rate or Look for another Hotel...
