Service is not at all good , people r Irresponsible in Hotel. & there is self service. No any Bell boy. so u have to do all thing by your own. in hotel there is no helper. Property is quite lousy run by completely unprofessional staff. Staff was not attentive and not cooperative. Rooms are not at all clean All rooms are dirty, toilet also damm dirty. Room telephone was not working AC not working. All AC room are also 3rd class and all these facilities they offer you in deluxe room service. poor customer service no care for customer. No hot water even after request. Smelly torn bed sheets , don’t provide towels of their own and after request they provide dirty towels, no hand wash I haven't seen worse places than this. Not worth to stay at price what was paid. I would suggest not to stay at this hotel. Don’t west your time n money. so Don’t stay to this kind of 3rd class so called type of hotel or lodge. Worst hotel ever. Would not even stay here for free. Staff has no sense of hospitality, rooms and property is in a poor and dilapidated condition with zero maintenance from management. They showed me 3 other rooms but all rooms were worse than the other having some problem such as fan regulator not working, bathroom commode broken, dirty buckets, linen, pillow covers, tables and bedsheets, torn couches were visible in common area. Manager is a rude and uneducated type of person who will give you angry looks if you share your problems with him. My room was unhygienic and leftover of food of previous guest was found. To add to it there were insects roaming around in the room. Whole night I could feel insects crawling on me while sleeping in the dirty linen and stained pillow. This combined with the constant traffic noise made it the worst night of my life. I only chose this hotel because it was close to the area of my work otherwise would have never...

Good place for 1-2 day visit ...clean washroom and decent rooms ...we took deluxe non AC double...breakfast in hotel is recommended...good south indian idli and wada and sambhar chutney... although not many options u have there ...we only had these in menu but it was very good ...10-12 minutes drive from station ....the only problem we faced was related to payment...I paid 30% advance through stayzilla but when I reached there they said that stayzilla didn't transfer the complete 30% so I will have to pay the difference...I spoke to owner and got it sorted ...i tried calling stayzilla customer care but couldn't get through...it is recommended that if u r booking through stayzilla please call and confirm the balance amount ...also for additional person get the charges clear to avoid any confusion later ... although I didn't face any issue with respect to additional person charge... overall the stay is worth...
