Kappy's Villa — Hotel in Maharashtra

I have booked this Villa at last moment at slightly higher price but I feel that was really worth because of customer centric behaviour of host Ms. Pooja who was proactive in providing each and everything asked. It is super clean property with almost all the things a home should have. Few of the things that didn’t work for us was WiFi not working, maybe due to rain and weather. Thought it was promptly taken into cognisance by host and tried to sort. Jacuzzi was not working due to some motor issue, which was again taken into cognisance by host.

Few of the best parts are:

Availability of big and maintained swimming pool (It’s a common pool of society). Super cleanliness of the property. Ms. Pooja’s customer service and availability on demand literally impressed us. Unique glass room on top which hardly any property have in its bucket. Location of property is near to Vipasana Center and hardly a 500m drive from Mumbai Nasik Highway. Availability of all kitchen cutlery and utensils if you are travelling with kids. Availability of number of restaurants for food specially Hotel Ashwin which is around 1.5-2 Km away from the property.

Well maintained property. Very welcoming host Pooja madam. She had made sure that we reached safely, explained everything right from property tour to arranging bonfire. Constantly kept checking on phone if we needed anything. Overall had a great experience with family staying 2 nights here. Swimming pool and clubhouse was just next to the villa. Only thing that I would suggest is that the washroom which is only there on the 1st floor, so u had to go up every time you had to go for natures call, especially a problem if you have senior citizen. You could open the washroom in the ground floor bedroom or create one if you do not want to rent the ground floor bedroom. Also, keep additional bedding in spare in case it's needed. Rest, i would highly recommend this property as it's just opposite to Manas and easily accessible...

The place was well located just a few metres away from Mumbai Nashik Highway and location was very accurate on Google Maps. The society compound was very good. We were a group of 8 members and we had enough space to accommodate everyone. The owner/care taker was very considerate we reached way early morning than anticipated but they were ready to provide early check-in. Also kitchen was well maintained and in running condition. We were with 2 kids and for both of them we never had ordered anything from outside in almost 3 days. Regardless that we were in the peak of monsoon there were no smell or any odour even from stocked Bedding was a surprise specially where in our travel.
