Booked this hotel for 2 nights for 30000 thousand very bad experience there was no proper wifi available the food was very bad very disappointing the taste was not good at all and on first night when we ordered room dining at 9 pm the staff took the order and we were thinking that the lady took our order we ordered few things which we wanted and we thaught she note it down but surprisingly they came at our door at 10:45 telling us that the kitchen is going to get closed at first we thaught it was taking time because we ordered a quiet large amount of food but later got to know that the lady didn't take our order only and then when we said that we had already ordered at 9 pm they said that there was no order from you room or on your name so we were so shocked and angry then they told us that we can't order from the restaurant menu then they gave us a hand written menu which had only few things and we got oifood at 12 .45 am like seriously what are we paying 30000 thousand for then they started telling us that it was included in your plan which we weren't informed about they didn't tell this while we were booking when we ordered veg they gave us non veg like what should I do with this people they don't understand a simple thing after telling them many times the same thing and not to forget there is this window beside the door and the main passage can be seen from inside but the intresting thing is any one can see from outside the curtains were in bad condition please think before you book a hotel...

I stayed for 3 nights in a Superior room on ground level. This property is situated on a hill slope and is without any lifts. One has to climb stairs to reach reception or dining hall. I had booked the room with free breakfast and lunch or dinner included in the room rent.

The hotel does not have any wheelchair access and is not suitable for elderly people or people with knee problem.

Please carry your own ice box if you carry Insulin. The website does advertise of a mini fridge but there no fridge. It is just a 18th century rusted chiller which does not chill anything. The room AC is better. You will have to give the cool packs to the room service for keeping in deep fridge in the kitchen.

The rooms are good and clean. The staff is supportive and helpful.

The food is not so good. They say that they have buffet available, but there was buffet only on the first day.

I was told that if I order food listed in the menu card, I will be charged even if I have already paid. They showed a hand written paper on which few items were written from which I was asked to choose. This is the worst experience I had in a 3 star hotel. They did give the food in the room. Most of the items in the menu card were not available. They served melted icecream. It is not worth they charge you for.
