Khobrekars Beach Homestay — Hotel in Maharashtra

Actual rooms are not visible in this picture. I booked room by seen this picture but , actual room are different. Also drainage pipes are openly visible at beach side. When I had discussion with other tanent they too booked room on basis of this image, and realized that most of people do the same.

Food was good but there is no room service at all. If you expect prompt room service then I strongly recommend to do not book. Advise: Don't book by viewing Google pic. Ask owner to share video from actual room.

Also if you are planning with kids then there are lot of mosquitoes, I think because of drainage. There is no place where kids can play like swing (zula) and we can keep them busy.

Major concern about service hence I decided to leave room early then owner started rude behavior (at welcome he was so sweet) Also rs.2000 for non ac is too high, if you find you will get with ac room in same price and with good location attached to beach.

Also there are no basic necessary facilities like to dry wet clothes, no proper place to sit and have food, no balcony.

I have booked room no.1 but room no.2 & 3 are in one roof only.

This resort is divided in brothers and they have dispute like most of resort in Tarkarli hence it look like one resort in picture but in actual they treat us as different.

However rooms are very close to beach and you can see it from window but not as shown in picture. If you book according to picture then you will be...

This was my worst online booking experience ever in my life and unfortunately this time I was with my family.dont get fooled by the pictures.Its a SCAM!!!!.pictures are very good but the room are ur worst nightmare.its even smaller than the chawl rooms.

Also there are three properties shown in the picture owned by different owners with same sirname.i booked with gautam khobrekar. To start with when I arrived I was shocked to see the room it was in pathetic condition with broken drawers torn curtains.next to complain about it there was no one to attend me and I paid 2k advance so couldn't even cancel.i booked 2rooms so I cancelled 1 and kept the other so atleast to cover that up.he took 2100 from me for that pathetic room.next theres is 0 service.next to top it up next morning when u try to get out of this mess they start talking to you rudely and also started fighting with family because they wanted to charge me for the day that we were not gonna stay because I booked it..

Last thing I dont know how he has managed the reviews because it shows 4stars in some 350 reviews but If u read them individually u can see the same experiances.also I could see struggling with the same problems in front of me. It spoiled my whole new year holiday please beware...
