Kisan Nivas Homestay — Hotel in Maharashtra

We stayed here for 2 nights. Our experience as follows. Room was average. Paint was spoiled.bedcovers were not changed before we checked in, it was used by previous guest and same kept as it is which was evident from the smell. Washroom was dirty, wash basin was dirty. Bathroom floor was sticky, toilet spray had very less pressure and was almost very poor condition and cheap. it was very clear that property is not maintained properly by the owner and they charge the guest heavily. At this price you get a luxury AC rooms. There was no cleanliness in the surrounding area of the room. Lot of waste things were kept here and there. Please don't waste your money and spoil your holiday. Owner has not kept any servant for housekeeping all the work was done by the family members only, they didn't bother to clean the washroom even once during our 2 days stay. Don't go by the reviews given online, they are misleading and false. It's located in Baag area of Guhagar, around 2 km away from ST bus stand. Home stay is surrounded by coconut trees. It has two rooms with attached bathroom with 24 hrs hot water facility. Bigger room will easily accommodate 5-6 people and smaller room will accommodate 3-4 people. Baag beach is around 1 km from home stay. They also provide food if requested.
