Disgraceful Hotel – Worst Stay Ever!!

I had one of the worst experiences at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the staff couldn’t care less about the guests. Their only concern is collecting full payment before check-in — no flexibility, no hospitality. And once they have your money, don’t expect any help or service.

The staff were extremely rude and dismissive. Basic amenities like the TV and AC were either not working or not provided, and despite multiple calls for assistance, no one responded. It felt like once you pay, you’re on your own — they just stop acknowledging your presence.

This place doesn’t even try to offer a decent stay. If you’re expecting professionalism, courtesy, or even the most basic hotel services, look elsewhere. Definitely not worth the price or the hassle. I would not recommend this...

Not at all a good experience The staff needs to improve a lot in term of many aspects especially House Keeping. I stayed for 5 day at Hotel and faced one or the other challenge daily. What I liked : The food and the quality is good especially cold coffee and the front desk staff behaviour is also very good The challengs I faced:- Cleaning was not done properly on the daily bases one day when I reached back my room door was open Given the clear instructions for laundry but then also they mixed up One electrical socket was not working The Iron board was broken -Solar water heater was not working House keeping forgets to put towels someday or forget to provide a mug with bucket

These were my day to day challenges and nothing was done for that k dtard they just did my laundry...

I have been here for my official tour. I stayed at Hotel Little Mastiff, Moshi. The location is an advantage, its Nasik Highway touch, Rooms are neat and clean with hygienic standards. The reception staff is very co-operative and easy to check in. I have to mention particularly name of Mr. Dyneshwar Rathod, at this Hotel. He is a co-operative & descent person with pleasant personality. I found him co-operative and descent person. He ensured the neatness and cleanliness of the rooms. The food quality is good.
