Overall it's an amazing place to stay, located behind mapro garden with good views, well done up rooms and decent facilities. Good for couples , family or groups

Pros : Room interiors, views, location, service Not so good : facilities /activities , pure vegetarian place Rooms : The rooms are really chic and well done. It is super cozy , beautiful and you may not feel like leaving it . There are 6 rooms (3 on ground floor and 3 on1st with better views , Besides there is a large Villa for groups ) 202, has the best view . Inside the room everything is well thought of .(eg : the French window is placed next to bed such that you can lie down and enjoy the beauty of the mountains (pic in review ) and it opens such the breeze flows in perfect !)

Facilities :Nothing to boast about here . They have a large lawn/ garden, an awesome swing to click those insta photos , an open seating where they serve food , a gazebo with born fire provision, perfect for late night group talks around fire . They have spa as well which we did not use. Wish they added a few more activities, may be a pool , table tennis etc

Food : this pure vegetarian place, but you can get non veg from out side and eat indoors and it's surely not a deal breaker since you would be roaming around too. Breakfast items they served away awesome . Didn't like the...

People please don't go for the fake reviews, this resort is literally over priced in terms of everything.. rooms do not have fan regulator and dim lights for night..you cannot adjust the fan according to the cold temperature here, it will always be high,

2.there are no dim lights in the room for night, three lights blow straight above your face if you want to have little light while sleeping.

TV doesn't works, we stayed here for a day when there was no rain, still they said Tv isn't starting because of network issues..

No in house activities, swimming pool is of baby size, no indoor games except carrom.

The light goes of in the middle of the night and on the top of it the intercom becomes dead..imagine in a resort where there is no light in the midnight and there is no way to connect the management, we were damn harassed.

6 Location - you will not be able to find the resort easily, the lanes are too narrow and isolated..

There is no spa room..the masseuse will come to your room if want spa service, the prices of spa is almost like spa parlours though..Imagine you are with family and spa service at your room with kids roaming around and no relaxation at all with proper spa ambience..

Please don't fall for the false ratings..this resort shouldn't be rated...

Lotus Farms,

Location. Just sits in the lap of the famous Mapro Garden. Easy to locate.

Rooms. They have 3 bhk Villa for families. Garden facing 3 rooms and 3 mountain facing rooms just above these rooms with separate staircase. Rooms have bathroom attached with walk in wardrobe which makes room clutter free. Definitely needs a biger TV screen for room of this size.

Rooms are nicely done.

Facilities. A Pure veg property a USP Restaurant staff is curtious.

Observations.

COVID precautions are taken but not a stringent one... A big worry.

Rooms are needs maintenance.

Room service & House keeping must be updated to level of charges they seek almost equivalentt to a 3 star category. ( But which can be understood with limited staff due to COVID situation ...... ) Though the staff tries their level best still could not match up with minimum requirements.

A lot of confusion can be avoided if the communication is done properly.

The owner do look into guest requirements from time to time a BIG Plus there.

With proper inputs & insights this property has a potential.

A friendly advice prompt service & food is an essential element of a hospitality industry in a long run.
