The Nature stay resort -karjat — Hotel in Maharashtra

I will just give a 2 star to this property!! I called them to book a room for three at The Forest resort but the person told me that Forest resort was booked and that the Love resort has rooms available. He said both properties have same features and amenities and the owner are same!! So I booked it and I fall into the trap!! The property is not well maintained!! I was given a room of 8*8 approx for three people!! Had to ask for towel as they put only one towel!! No toiletries are provided in the bathroom except for two small 5 rupee medimix soap!! Water pressure in bathroom is so slow that one will have to wait for 10-15 mins to fill up the bucket!! All the taps are leaking and bathroom remains wet!! Jet has no adequate water pressure!! Shower does not have the hot water facility too!! I complained them and they showed me another room which was already occupied and it seemed good but they couldn’t provide another room!!

The property is large enough and garden & playing area and games are good to enjoy!! However the room we were given was absolutely disaster!! Food was just ok ok!!

They say it is a buffet with variety of food but actually it is unlimited thali kind of things where you can have unlimited food whatever they have I.e. 2 sabji and dal rice!! They had fryums but they were not fried properly!! We told them at lunch but those were same in dinner sa well!! Food did not have salt at all!! In high Tea, they only had Onion Pakora and that did not have any masala or salt!!

Worst part was that in the evening, non veg food was kept along with veg food and we had to tell them to move it!!

There are frequent water cuts but they have generator but it does not provide electricity for AC!! Thankfully weather was good enough to adjust!!

I will recommend to not visit the property and rather pay a 1000-1500 extra and stay at...

My niece had come from USA after 5 years and we wanted to have a small vacation nearby Mumbai & we happened to come across this place which had good reviews.

So got in touch with owner Kunal who briefed in detail and even video called to show us deluxe AC rooms with balcony giving great views.

He personally received came to receive us on main road although you can easily reach by google maps. We got welcome drinks/coffee as per our individual choices. The resort is quite big enough with seperate water pools & rain dance. Different tents with coffee tables are available.. Facilities for indoor & outdoor gsmes too are there.

When it came to food we were served we got Bhaji & pakodas for High tea . In meals we got all kinds of fishes like surmai, paaplet, pronze in lunch and dinner which was preceded by fried bombil, mandeli, pronze as starters. Next day we were served with malvani chicken gravy, biryani..In evening we were served wonderful chicken soup. To top it all we were served Chicken lollypop specially prepared by kunal..They were so delicious we asked him to repeat next day too which he readily obliged.

On both nights due to chilled atmosphere, kunal himself took great interest to light a bon fire where his own family too joined and it was great time chit chatting around fire under moonlight till late hours

On the day of leaving, it was Sankshti chaturthi so got khichadi & fruits ...Also were served Sweet lassi before leaving.

The owner Kunal himself is a good cook and takes great pleasure in serving variety of dishes to his customers.

Overall it was a wonderful stay for 2 days and it would be a great treat for nonveg lovers. Hospitality is too good and being just 1 hour away from mumbai, it is like second home for us to relax now...Do visit once to...

Disappointing Experience at love Resort

Our recent stay at love Resort was far from satisfactory, to say the least. The images we saw on Google were a far cry from reality. The resort appeared rundown and poorly maintained upon arrival, with evident water leakage issues in various areas of the property.

To add to our dismay, basic toiletries were not provided as promised, leaving us scrambling to find alternatives. The food experience was another letdown. While lunch was passable, dinner was a disaster. It seemed like we were served leftover food, and several members of our group experienced stomach issues afterward.

Overall, the discrepancy between expectations set by online images and the actual experience was stark. We left feeling deceived and deeply dissatisfied with our stay at love Resort.
