Straight to the facts. Pros: Location, room space, big pool, private booking ie. (They book the whole 4 cottages so you will get the privacy and the farmhouse will belong to your group only). No time limit for the pool and party.

Cons: The biggest disappointment is their food and inhouse service. We pre ordered evening snacks and told them we will be reaching by 5:00 pm, they tea and snacks were given at 7:30 pm. Also no service they dumped the casserole of Bhajiyas and flask of tea at our table and left. The kaka managing the farmhouse is extremely rude in nature, we asked " kaka qty kam hai" to which he replied "jis se booking karwaya hai (shubham) use se baat karo" we didn't want to argue looking at his age and mood. No water bottles given, rooms were not cleaned despite multiple requests. The booking charges are 10K for one night we paid 30% ie 3K advance, and upon reaching there even before we could take out our belongings from the car we were asked by Kaka to pay remaining 7k before entering as it is their policy "Booking ka pura Paisa dena padega entry se pehle" this was his answer. Next comes dinner. Despite having inhouse kitchen, nothing is available. We opted for biriyani for dinner, they prepared it and left it in the kitchen and told "Aaplog kitchen se nikal ke kha lena, self service hai, the cooks or helpers left the kitchen at 8:30 pm". Next, as we were having company activities in a nearby area and didn't opt for breakfast, in the morning we asked " kaka chai banega to which his reply " " Package me liya tha kya, Package me nahi liya to kaise banega". I don't want to create a negative image of the place however when you are in hospitality business, servicing customers are utmost priority. Deep disappointment with my recent stay at your villa. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations, and several issues significantly impacted our enjoyment and comfort during our stay. As we have pay huge amount, we are expecting some service and good food. The major disappointment was food. The food options were minimal despite opting for the food package. Meals were not served on time. After multiple requests, we were served tea brought from outside. The "high tea" included only tea and a few biscuits, with evening tea served as late as 7 PM after numerous follow-ups. The quality of food was extremely poor, with inedible rotis and inadequate meal options, especially for kids. The kitchen lacked basic items like salt and couldn't even boil milk for our children. Due to the unsatisfactory food quality and lack of kids-friendly meals, we had to provide outside food for our children. The villa was poorly maintained and in dire need of proper cleaning. The kitchen was unhygienic. The pool water was very dirty, and there was no separation between the kid and adult areas, posing a risk to children. The pool tiles were dangerously slippery. Frequent power outages with inadequate lighting backup made our stay uncomfortable. Two out of the four rooms had malfunctioning AC units, and there was no hot water in the bathroom. Bathroom glasses were broken. Additional bed sheets and blankets provided were of very poor quality and stinky. The caretaker was rarely available and unresponsive, often making excuses over the phone. The staff appeared disinterested and provided poor service, showing a lack of concern for guests' needs. Overall, my experience at your resort was extremely disappointing. The combination of poor service, unclean facilities, and inadequate food options resulted in a less than enjoyable stay.
