Cons (Shared First to Help Travelers Make Informed Decisions) Limited Wi-Fi Access Wi-Fi was restricted to the caretaker’s quarters, leaving the first floor and the two opposite-side rooms without any connectivity. This was highly inconvenient for guests relying on internet access.
Water Supply Issues There was no water supply on the first floor. When we raised the issue, the caretaker's response was lackluster. He briefly activated a machine to restore water but then turned it off, directing us to use the ground-floor bathrooms instead. This meant disturbing another family just to access basic facilities. Despite booking and paying for six rooms, we could effectively use only four.
Small Swimming Pool The pool was disappointingly small and unsuitable for corporate or family gatherings. It does not meet the expectations of those seeking leisure or entertainment.
Caretaker's Behavior While the caretaker was kind, some of his actions were questionable: He switched off all outdoor lights at night, even though we were still playing badminton. He appeared irritated when we attempted to retrieve a shuttlecock stuck in a tree. Despite being informed that food for children under five was complimentary and basic requests for them were allowed, he seemed visibly annoyed about serving food and the children eating.
Misleading Use of "Luxury" If you understand true luxury, this property doesn’t qualify. The marketing is misleading, and it’s frustrating that such terms are loosely thrown around without delivering the promised experience.
We had to ask for literally everything We had to request the caretaker for everything from turning on the ac to turning on the wifi etcetera
To us, it kept feeling like the caretakers werent very happy having us at their guests. They would rather be staying along than have any guests at all.
@To the owner of the Villa - While your villa looked beautiful, the services and amenities are PATHETIC!!! To me, it honestly felt like waste of money.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY!!!! Pros (the only thing) Location! The location is good if you want a place near the...
Read moreInitial conversation before booking the villa was very convincing. The person on the other side was too polite. On a short notice, we finalized the deal, and booked the villa for 22 people.
Everyone of us was excited to reach the villa, which did happen after a long tiring journey in a bus. The rooms were exactly as can be seen in the pics, top-notch beautiful. Not spread much area-wise, but still seemed capable to hold 22 of us for a day.
No welcome drinks, no sweets, no fish food items, which was disappointing for some, but still we let it go. What didn't go well, was the behaviour of the caretaker. Rude replies and unnecessary arguments by the caretaker was totally unacceptable.
22 people with kids, to be handled by just one caretaker and his wife. No way they were able to handle it, which led to unexpected delays in serving the food. We had to run around him for every little needs. If the lights need to be turned off after 11, there should be a polite way to express that. It was committed that the stay would be a wonderful experience, but we badly struggled with the arrangements related to pillows and mattresses, in addition to the ugly arguments with the caretaker.
To the owner or the manager who manages this place, kindly do have a closer monitoring of the stays. Everytime you cannot give an excuse, that the caretaker talks the way which feels rude. At some point of time, this needs to be fixed.
To the ones who are confused about the stay here, please avoid this place if you are a big group. Smaller families can expect a decent experience. Rooms are beautiful. Caretaker is the only person who can spoil the experience. Food otherwise tasted good here.
Also, note that Kashid beach is a bit far from this place. It takes 25-30 minutes in a bus or car.
Overall, 3 star for an okay experience. Surely needs a...
Read moreThis villa is located around 20 mins from Kashid beach. Rooms are exactly as shown in pictures. However not as clean as expected. TV in our room was not working and not even dusted in months it seemed. Linen was dirty. Lights go out very frequently and used to drip down every time we switched on the geyser. Once the fans and lights went off at night 3.30 and I had to walk down to caretaker’s room to get it corrected. Breakfast was decent and in good quantity. However we ordered dinner from nearby restaurant. Were disappointed to know that they don’t have decent plates. Offered us very old steel plates, all wet and when asked for tissue papers to clean them, caretaker’s wife refused. They didn’t even have forks. Property is nice but they really need to up their kitchen and...
