Nestled in the lush & awe-inspiring environs, Mango Forest Resort is the perfect answer for your needs - a one-day fun-fueled trip, overnight respite time or that vital conference which needs serene settings.||||Transportation and connectivity||Located about 40 kms away from Pune, the Mango Forest Resort feels isolated being away from most civilization, with the nearest village being a good 10-15 mins drive away. However the itself is the USP of the place, cocooned off from the rest of the world, you can enjoy in your own private space.||||Google Maps location is quite accurate and will help you with navigation.||||The place has no network connectivity in the area, barring one spot behind the kitchen area where an Airtel network extender has been installed for emergency usage. While no network is a wonderful way to digitally detox and bond with your loved ones, it can also pose an inconvenience while navigating the last mile so downloading the maps offline is recommended.||||I recently had a wonderful 1N/2D staycation at this beautiful property and I was impressed with all the facilities on offer.||||Cottages||The cottages are painted in bright colors and lends a wonderful vibe to the entire place. Sparsely furnished with only the necessary items - comfortable beds, wardrobe and an attached bathroom – the cottages make you feel one with nature.||||Property Amenities||The property offers multiple amenities for everyone – an outdoor pool, open space for a quick cricket match, indoor and outdoor games as well as a deck for viewing the gorgeous sunrises / sunsets and can also be used for yoga and meditation.||||The campfire area is the perfect spot for families and groups to bond and unwind over a crackling fire and lots of games.||||And the wish pond has a lot of ducks that fill the place with their cuteness and cackle.||||Safety and Hygiene Measures||Mango Forest Resort have taken all the necessary precautions like regularly sanitizing the place, staff wearing masks and gloves as well as maintaining social distancing to the extent possible. Sanitizers are placed at all strategic points as well as in all cottages.||||In-House Dining||When it comes to food, Mango Forest Resort offers scrumptious, finger-licking delicious food, made on-site by local staff. The late night dinner the day we checked-in, consisted of gavran chicken gravy and paneer gravy while breakfast the next morning was a healthy dose of poha and idli-sambhar with umpteen cups of tea and coffee. Editing the review now… have been visiting the resorts for years now as I own one of the plot in resort and everything was going well until my visit to resort yesterday

Sumeet the employee who takes booking called one of the worker there and asked to give phone to me I asked him to put the phone in speaker as i was taking dinner he said i have not come with family and at first i politely told him i am with family and asked him who told him that I am not with family as he was not present at resort he told Poonam madam told me you are not with family i got pissed and ask him to call Poonam and ask her to talk to me and he became rude saying its not Poonam its Poonam Madam i told him i will come to your office and show you as he was talking rudely and the worker there took the phone now Sumeet doesnt know the phone is on speak so said to the guy there let him come to office and started abusing which me my family members heard it wow what a experience now comes the best part manager who was present at resort came to us and without knowing anything he started showing us attitude and as was coming on us like he has come to hit us then he heard us what happened now when all this happened I told them Call Sumeet who abused me and ask him why he did that and no one was ready to do that rather they kept saying to us please understand we will sort this tomorrow me and my family members had to leave the place at 11:30 at night as we started feeling unsafe there I called the owner no answer and i texted him as well still no response yet I think i will have to take some legal action Adding the next part… I spoke to owner again he not call me after seeing my so many calls and a long text message but nevertheless i called him he answered and trust me gelt like he was defending Sumeet for abusing me 🤣🤣🤣 he said its because of situation and what not gave me all gyan He said he was sorry also said he cant go back in past and change things which is fine but all he was saying was sounding so defending the abusive language and i was so shocked to know this and then i got to know Sumeet is brother of owner 🤣🤣🤣 ofcourse its just was wasting time i have decided to sell my plot and never visit the resort or talk to these people again its feels like they are not running a resort but yes abusing people and the person who abused doesnt have regret because he is owners brother very good way of running business 🤣🤣🤣 Afrer few hours owner called and talked about the review that there are 3 reviews please see if you can delete as it will be negative for me 🤣🤣🤣🤣 making fool of me and his brother abusing me not regretting is not negative for his resort but me and my family posting a genuine review is negative...

‘Mango Forest Agro Tourism’ is a resort located near Rajgad, in Velhe Taluka (kolambi village). Located in a forest area and surrounded with lush greens and hills, this place is a perfect spot for a staycation. It’s 2 hours far from Pune so quite convenient for those weekend trips.||||Talking about this place, the location is really nice. It is surrounded with hills and trees. It is such a huge property. They have got pretty wooden cottages to stay with all basic amenities such as AC, cupboard, hot water in washroom etc. The rooms can accommodate 2-5 people depending upon the choice of room. The hygiene is their utmost priority as rooms were all cleaned and tidy. Also, considering the current scenario, every room has got sanitizer. ||||Talking about their other amenities, they have indoor and outdoor gaming zone. Indoor game zone offers game like foosball, table tennis, carrom and many other indoor games. Whereas, outdoor zone is way more adventurous offering play area for kids along with trampoline, rope climbing etc. ||Coming on to their other attractions, they have a wish pond where you’ll find so many duck swimming. They have a view point, from where you can see all those hills specially sunrise and sunset. Apart from that they have a pool which offer a splendid view. And in nights, they do have bonfire setup too.||||Coming on to the food part, they have buffet system. You get tea/ coffee along with breakfast in the morning. Then they provide lunch, evening snack and dinner. Their food was really good. From breakfast to dinner, I liked everything. They serve both vegetarian as well as non vegetarian meals.||||Talking about their prices, this place is quite affordable. Their packages are as low as 650/- person and go till 1500/- person. Considering the location and amenities they offer, it is such a steal deal.||||Last but not the least, safety majors during pandemic. They take all necessary precautions like sanitizing the place, covering their faces with mask to ensure your health and safety.
