Mango tree lodging — Hotel in Maharashtra

Had a bad experience. Even after booking via makemytrip and making full advance payment for 2 rooms I was told the hotel was full when I arrived. I arrived late in the night. When I asked why did they not call me to confirm. They said my number was not available with them which again seems a bit preposterous .||After making a complaint to makemytrip, rooms were suddenly available.|This created a bad impression and showed the dishonest policy of the owner who was refusing rooms in spite of them being available and who also talked with me quite rudely on the phone.||Hotel was good. Comfortable stay. Courteous staff. ||But the initial refusal spoilt all that. Especially when jou arrive late after a hard days work.||I would caution anybody to...

I am really impressed by the owner (Prasad) who helped us out a lot. He picked us up from a different hotel at around 2:30am in the morning and took us to his hotel.

The room were clean, the bedsheets were clean.
