Mountain Villa — Hotel in Maharashtra

Beautiful, Peaceful and Pristine Location 1.) Located 20 mins from expressway. And 10 mins from the main road that goes to Lohagad and Pawna Lake. 2.) Mountains on one side and distant nature and a beautiful view on one side. 3.) Approach road (apart from the main road) is narrow and a bit risky. Villa 1.) The villa was Clean, Tidy and Well-Maintained. 2.) The rooms are well sized for 2-3 people. The washrooms were huge and kept clean. The beds are easily comfortable for 2 people. 3.) Basic toiletries and towels were provided. 4.) Smart TV had YouTube, Netflix and Amazon Prime. 5.) WiFi was in working condition and with a good speed. 6.) Mobile Network had good coverage here. 7.) Parking space is ample for 2 to 3 vehicles. Infinity Pool 1.) Honestly this was the first reason behind booking this villa. 2.) The pool was Clean. 3.) We enjoyed our time at the pool. The view of the pool at night time was amazing. 4.) The photos at the pool with the background look very good! Food 1.) The caretaker's wife was our cook for two days. Cook charges were Rs 2000 for the stay period. 2.) She cooks very tasty food, both Veg/Non-Veg. 3.) 100% recommended you take the cook facility here. 4.) Loved the Mutter Paneer and Chicken Masala(Gravy) prepared by her. Overall 1.) The caretaker Mauli and his family are very kind, co-operative and helpful. 2.) The property is huge and good for a group of 8 to 9 people, especially kids. 3.) The only thing that we didn't like was that the ingredients were charged extra (apart from the Rs 2000 cook charges). I recently stayed at this villa and was extremely disappointed with the overall condition of the property. The place is very poorly maintained and poses several safety risks. The play area was completely neglected, with overgrown grass making it unsafe for children to play. This not only looked unpleasant but also created a serious risk of snakes and other insects, which is highly concerning for families with kids. The swimming pool was in terrible condition, with dirty water and broken tiles, making it unusable and unsafe. The villa itself was in a bad state of maintenance, with visible wear and tear, poor cleanliness, and lack of basic upkeep. Overall, this villa is definitely not family-friendly and not worth the money. The management needs to take urgent action to fix these issues, otherwise it will continue to be a huge disappointment for guests. My worst experience ever in my vacation i have booked this place trough airbnb after confirmation i got a msg from the host i askd him how much far is the place from lonavala market he said 10 to 15 mint once i recd it was 30 mint from lonavala kumar resort.it was very very far near mumbai pune highway once we recd their was so much of mosquito the washroom was stiking like hell we was with family we have kids in kids playng area they have snake wholes in playing area so not safe for kids.then even in washroom the caretakerhave said thy snakes come from their also from the whole of washroom so they have keep the big stone in washroom. Nd we stayed for 2 dys we have taken 1 day food service the food was not at all gud tastles.so nct day we oder from outside in this 2 dys no caretaker have came to clean the house while living i askd them y u guyz did not clean the room he said we charge 500 rs for tht just for cleaning their was no toiletry in the rooms no towels eveen their is drinking water issues.
