A perfect getaway from city Hussle. Well managed space, infrastructure is good, spacious rooms and food is ok. So here’s my take on this place. Resort: Resort is located at old lonavala Road 10 to 15 min distance from Lonavala Market.

The entrance of the resort gives you a pleasant feeling with huge trees surrounding it. One can take a nice walk/run/jog around the property whenever you feel like also there is a small lake with boat however it’s not operational.

Mystica has a decent swimming pool ( I would say it’s a small swimming pool if there is 15 people in the pool you will feel it’s crowded). This is a perfect place for wedding / cooperate events etc. You have decent parking area inside the resort

Room: The room in which we stayed was nice and clean with all adequate toiletries in bathroom.

Games/Activity: Play cricket or football if you like around the grass area. They have a gym for which you have to pay extra.

Staff needs lots of training Bathroom was not cleaned Reception experience was horrible Wifi is only at reception and not in rooms. tV is the only option room with non HD and few channels. There is no 3-4G network of voda and Airtel. So basically the only option you have is TV. The servicing staff needs training e.g. I ordered tea and the guy insisted on trey back right now 😅 Employee of hotel don’t smile and throw tantrums🤐 Swimming pool gets closed at 6pm when actually you want to enjoy the water

Parking is not covered so your car needs to be kept in hot
