Yes we all enjoyed alot as expected 😄 I had visited last year also n I was very impressed with the service,food quality and ambiance. So this time also I had planed the same venue. Firstly when u told me that the management had changed I was a bit hesitated, coz last times staff was really great but as we reached there and met Sushant and team all were great at their services. What every we wanted we used to get that thing in less than 15 mins of time and that's very good thing I must say. What to say about the chief and food quality? Only one word " AMAZING 👏" We saw a small argument btw guests and sushant, the guest wanted to be in swimming pool till late night but unfortunately sushant had to switch of lights and all at 11:00 pm coz of restrictions but the guests didn't listen to him yet sushant was very patient and handled them very well. The surroundings were kept very neat and cleaned. We observed that atleast 3-4 times a day some or the other guy from staff used to clean the surroundings. Rooms and restaurants were very proper as expected. Would also like to mention that even you replied so properly and communicated very positively with me while taking bookings. Because I observed that as I approached to more 5-6 resorts for our weekend but not a single booking person was so good with me, ik there must be pressure on you also but yet you communicated very nicely with me.

Suggestions :- Plz keep first aid kit properly refilled as I had back pain n wanted some gel to apply or reliese spray but there was nothing. So look into carefully.

I visited this place with a group of friends and the booking was hassle free. The property is huge and has 5 rooms + 1 dormitory. The rooms are huge and can easily accommodate more than two people by adding extra mattresses. They have a king sized bed with wardrobe and dresser, however if you are going to spend some time in front of the mirror you have to do that standing up as there is not a single chair inside the room. CONS : The worst part about this property are the rooms, they are disgusting, can be compared with lodge rooms. There was a mouse in our room and the entire bathroom was filled with its droppings. The toilet paper holder and brush holder were disgustingly dirty and rusty. And I don't understand the point of toilet paper holder when they don't provide TPs. The towels provided were in their worst condition. They provided us with lifebuoy soap and a hand sanitizer, no shampoo or toothpaste and toothbrush. The bedding was unclean. The server was using his hands to serve the wada without gloves or tongs. PROS : Rooms and beds are large. The architecture is good. No damp smell in the rooms. Small private patio outside each room for dinner. Great ambiance on the entire property. Good lighting. Amazing food and the pool is the highlight of the property. It's big and since at a time very few people stay at the property it doesn't get crowded at all and becomes like our own private pool. We had booked 2 rooms for 1 night . The rooms were well cleaned ,AC was functioning, washrooms were clean & had no problems . Electricity does go out sometimes for 5 minutes but they do have a generator that keeps at least your lights and fans on . Also we did not find any network issues here . They do have carrom , bat , ball and stumps at the least in their office which i found to be a good thing. The swimming pool was also clean and if you ask the staff they have a speaker and they can arrange rain dance in the swimming pool . Talking about food , we found veg breakfast and veg dinner to be very good and found lunch(veg) to be average . You can also order add on stuff from their menu which we felt was good. Talking about the location that is its only big con , it's far away from station and everything closes in and around by 9 PM however rickshaws do go here from karjat east once you mention the resorts name , so reaching here is not a problem. The staff was very good particularly mr Vijay who showed us the place around and was very prompt and quick whenever we needed anything .
