Palette Hotel Pune, MIDC Chinchwad — Hotel in Maharashtra

Worst hotel I ever visited. Firstly, I booked a hotel room on agoda, they gave me rare discount and the hotel room for 1day costed me 700rs. And when i visited the hotel they charged me extra 420rs. Even the breakfast was complementary, but the denied and said it is just written to show the customers, but they don't serve the breakfasts. Secondly, the hotel room was full of cockroaches, bathroom and living room bed having so much of cockroaches. Thirdly, they don't give any kindoff services, neither treats their customer well. The guy on a reception has so much of attitude (like he is the king of the world). They don't even know how to treat their customers well. I would just like to suggest OYO, Agoda, TripAdvisor, Trivago etc. Please if you want to keep your reputation don't give your access to this hotel. Worst...

Very Disappointed hotel .we are booked room through oyo app but when we reach there, they refuse to give rooms for oyo booking customers. Attitude of staff is not good.
